Kendall's Pov:

All I could see was pitch black. I was awake , but I didn't have the strength to open my eyes. I could hear Louis softly crying and I knew he was holding me because I recognize his touch and his warmth. I wanted to wake up, but I didn't have the strength to.

I bet Louis thinks I'm dead

I try to say something to him. But nothing comes out. I finally open my eyes slowly.

"Louis." My voice is so small and weak , I fear Louis didn't even hear me.

"Kendall oh my god you're okay." Louis says as he pulls me even closer into his chest. "I have a plan to get us out of here, tonight." Louis says and I could feel my eyes widened.

"Anything to get out of here." I say while Louis lays a kiss in my lips. "God I have missed that."

"My plan is to use one of those syringes , that they used on us to make us pass out, on the doctor who will come in here in a couple of hours to check on you." Louis said while pointing to the doctor's bad on the other side of the room. "Get out of this attic , sneak past Cara and Kevin. And then we are free. We can grab someone's car keys on the way out and we can take their car." Louis said to me.

"Are you sure this will work?" I say to Louis

"I'm sure of it. Now you need some rest. I'll wake you when the doctor gets here." Louis said to me while running his hands through my hair making me even sleepier.

Then I go to sleep.

3 Hours Later..
Louis' Pov:

While Kendall was sleeping I grabbed on of the many syringes out of the doctor's bag ,hoping its the right one and I'm just waiting for the doctor to come. I'm waiting right by the door so I can get to him right when he comes in. The doctor walks in the door and starts talking to Kendall and I stab him with the needle and sure enough he passes out. I run over to Kendall.

"Kendall, get up it worked." I slightly shake her as I speak to her.

Kendall gets up and we both head over to the door of the attic and we open it and head down the ladder.

We can be free. We can forget this and start over.

We make it down the stair case without anyone bothering us, since it's 3am. We make it into the living room and Dylan is sitting there , drinking out of a bottle of scotch and has a loaded gun in his hand.

"What are you two doing out?" Dylan said to us drunkly while aiming the gun at us.

I can feel Kendall shaking because how scared she is.

"Dylan please. Let us go." I say to him trying to remain calm.

"And why should I do that? I could call Cara and Kevin and have you guys back in the attic in a second."

"Before all of this, you where my best friend. We had so many fun times together. But then Kevin came, and greed took over you. The money, the fame , the fortune , it all got into your head. But Dylan, if you really love me like you said , you will let us go. Because if you love me , you would want me to be happy. Right Dylan?"

"God damn it Louis, you're right. Leave before I change my mind." Dylan says to us while throwing me his car keys.

Kendall and I run out of the front door and hop into Dylan's blue pickup truck.

"Louis we made it. We survived." Kendall says to us while trying to catch her breath.

" I know, but we can't stay here. I was thinking about moving to Paris for a while."

A huge smile grows on Kendall's face.

I love seeing her happy.

"Let's go." Kendall says to me before we start driving off.

The car ride was mostly quiet because of how tired Kendall was. We drove straight to the airport and printed tickets there. We got on a plane to Paris at about 4am .  Before we took off Kendall wanted to tell me something.

"Louis, whenever I was under in the surgery , I had a dream of what our life would be like without all of this crap. We had our daughter, we named her Elena. We where friends with Cara, Kevin and Dylan." A tear escaped Kendall's beautiful eyes. "It was perfect Louis." Her voice cracked and I pulled her into my arms and pulled her ear close to my mouth.

"We can still have that perfect life love." I said to Kendall while wiping away her tears.  "We are going to live in a beautiful house , on a hill overlooking a beautiful field, full of wildflowers. We are going to raise a family and we are going to have that perfect life. I promise." I said to Kendall while she got back to her normal spot and she held my hand.

Then the plane took off and we where off to a better life.
