No usage of social media for the first 90 minutes of the day. Keep this time for yourself. Go for a walk, gym, exercise, meditation, plan your day.
No usage of social media for the first 60 minutes after coming home back from office. Keep this time for your family members, who eagerly wait for you to come home.
No usage of social media for 30 minutes before going to bed. Keep this time to recap your day. Learn the mistakes made, think of the possible solutions and thank god for the wonderful day you had.
I have already started doing this and it makes you feel so energetic and more positive.
