1 Week Later

Renjun decided to wait until Mark had a day off from the library to finally address Jeno's and Jaemin's concerns.

They were equally surprised to hear that they both saw another one of their kind this close by, but I feel like they knew that it wouldn't be entirely unlikely.

After the rest of us got dressed and waited for the sun to set, we left the house with Jeno and Jaemin nervously leading the way. Since they're the only ones that can sense who were looking for, they're our best bet for finding them.

But to our surprise, we didn't even have to go far. They both stopped at a house right around the corner from ours!

"They sure know how to decorate a yard. Did they use a smoke machine for the fake fog?? That's so genius"

Mark was busy admiring the decorations, while Jeno and Jaemin looked like they wanted to up and run away.

With Renjun by their side, the two nervously lead us down the walkway and rang the doorbell.

A few seconds later, the very vampire that Jaemin and I saw a week ago answered the door. And the werewolf that Jeno saw wasn't too far behind him, quietly eating a snack.

"...Feel free to come on in"

The vampire boy kindly invited us inside after the four of them stared each other down for a bit.

Jeno and Jaemin were hesitant to enter, but Mark and Renjun helped them ease their way inside and I followed behind them.

We all sat down together in the lounging area, but in complete and awkward silence. Jeno was staring at the other werewolf and Jaemin was staring at the other vampire, but I couldn't tell if they were just nervous or plotting to kill them.

"So... What are your names?"

Renjun awkwardly asked, being the first to break the silence.

I don't know if it was just me, but he looked somewhat uncomfortable all in a sudden.

"Jaemin knows me very well, but my name is Zhong Chenle"

"...And my name is Park Jisung"

They both politely answered.

"It's nice to meet you two. I'm Mark Lee, and these are my close friends Huang Renjun, Lee Donghyuck, Na Jaemin, and Lee Jeno. Do you two have someone that looks after you like we look after these three?"

"It's nice to meet you too, and yes we do. I'll go find him"

Chenle answered, and floating away to find their caregiver.

But as soon as Chenle left, it became awkward again between all of us. Jisung tried to keep the conversation going, but the only ones that didn't return the effort were Jaemin and Jeno.

But after a couple more minutes, Chenle finally returned with a much taller male.

Before he could say anything, he and Renjun suddenly locked eyes. The moment they looked at each other was the moment that something much more interesting than us happened.

Both of their eyes suddenly began to glow a blueish white, and the veins near their eyes become far more visible.

While the man's face was more calm, Renjun's face was visibly filled with either fear or panic, so much that he can't look away from him.

The rest of us in the room were also shocked by what was happening, and we each tried to snap the two of them out of it.

It wasn't until I covered Renjun's eyes and Chenle covered the man's eyes that their eyes stopped glowing and they both seemed to snap out of it.

But the next time they looked each other in the eyes, nothing happened.  The man didn't seem nearly as surprised as Renjun, and he actually looked quite amused.

"W-What's going on..? What the hell was that..??"

Renjun was the first to question it after seeing the cheerful look on the man's face.

"Amazing. I never thought that there would be another clairvoyant this close by"
