Taeyong is an old friend of Mark's, that works at his old convenience store. He enjoys his stay at the shop, and looks forward to meeting new people, as well as seeing Renjun and Mark when they come for groceries.

He cares deeply for Mark and Renjun, and does his best to provide for them. He doesn't really trust other people, but the new friends that he'll meet will become his lifelong companions.

Johnny is another old friend of Mark's and a friend of Taeyong's, that works alongside Mark at a local library. He enjoys his stay at the library, and looks forward to reading as much as he can in between his breaks.

He cares deeply for Taeyong, and Mark and his friends, and does his best to be there for them. He doesn't really care for crowds, but the new friends that he'll meet will be the only exceptions for him.
