And so begging the nerve racking next several weeks. I mean, I think Dallys got a good shot at winning, but if he dies, I'd never forgive myself. I was the one who was called, and Dally came to my rescue. If he dies, I could never live with myself. I'd probably end up committing suicide. So ya. I guess you could say this is hard on me, but it's also been hard on the other members of the gang. Johnny hasn't spoken a word or eaten a crumb since the Reaping. Darry had to force food down his throat to get him to eat. Two Bit hasn't been himself at all. No joking. He hasn't even took any girls home. He hasn't done anything illegal. He's been pretty nervous. Maybe he realizes that he's not safe yet, and this year is proof that we aren't safe. Soda tried to distract himself by commenting on the awesome outfits Dally and Glade wore at the chariot thing. The whole fiery hair thing was pretty tuff. Steve has been smoking and drinking way more than usual lately. And Darry keeps us all close as if all of us were about to be forced out into the arena at any given moment. Cherry mentioned that if Dally won, she would kiss him.
