"So where are we going?" Kirstie asks as she climb's into the jeep.

"I'm not telling you." Tim says with a smirk. "You already know part of it."

"YES! And I'm SO excited." Kirstie says as she holds her arms out of the jeep, feeling the wind.

After 30 minutes of driving, they were on a small country back road. Odd thoughts begins to enter Kirstie's mind.

She didn't even know this guy that well. What if he planned on carrying her out here somewhere and raping her and killing her. Or robbing her and leaving her out in the woods to die.

She begins to panic as he turns into a field and begins to drive across it leaving the road.

"Uh, what are you doing?" Kirstie asks, with a hint of fear in her voice. "You're not planning on taking me out here somewhere in the middle of nowhere and having your way with me, are you?"

"No! I'm not that type of guy." Tim laughs. "Not unless you want me to be."

She stares at him with a blank expression.

"I'm joking, Kirstie." Tim laughs. "There's just a place out here that I want to show you."

"Oh." She giggles. "You were kind of scaring me."

"Sorry." Tim smiles. "Listen, I've been worried sick wondering if I should even try to kiss you. So taking you out here and trying to molest you is the furthest thing from my mind. I haven't been on a date in years so I'm a little out of practice."

Kirstie giggles at how silly her thoughts were. He was just a sweet country boy.

"I'm sorry too." She smiles. "You're doing a great job. And we'll just see about that kiss, later."

Tim looks at her and smirks, raising a brow.

"Oh. My. Heck." Kirstie says as they come over a hill and all she sees is a meadow of beautiful wild flowers leading down to a small stream. "That's breath taking."

Tim stops the jeep and Kirstie jumps out and runs through the flowers.

"I feel like I should start singing a song from 'The Sound Of Music'." She giggles.

Tim chuckles at her as he gets the picnic basket and the blanket from the back of his jeep.

"Remember the part where Julie Andrews sings, 'The hills are alive with the sound of music'?" Kirstie sings.

"No, I've never seen the movie." Tim confesses as he walks around the jeep.

"What! You've never seen 'The Sound Of Music'? It's a classic." Kirstie says putting her hand on her hips.

"No, 'Wizard Of Oz' is a classic." Tim laughs. "I'm not into musicals though."

"What are some of your favorite older movies?" Kirstie asks as they walk together toward the stream.

"Uh, 'Rambo'..." Tim started.

"Oh! That's John Travolta, right?" Kirstie guesses.

"No." Tim laughs. "Sylvester Stallone. I also like 'Smokey and The Bandit'."

"Is that John Travolta?" She asks.

"No, Burt Reynolds." Tim chuckles, shaking his head.

"Do you like 'Dirty Dancing'?" Kirstie asks.

"Depends on who I'm dancing with." Tim answers honestly, with a shrug of his shoulders.

"No!" Kirstie laughs as she smacks him on the arm. "The movie."

"Oh, is that John Travolta?" Tim asks with a smirk.

"No! Patrick Swayze." She laughs loudly.

"So I guess movie night is out of the question, huh." Tim smirks.

"Probably not a good idea." She laughs as she takes the blanket from him and spreads it out on the soft grass near the stream.

They sit down and Tim begins to unpack the picnic basket.

"Oh my, did you do all of this?" She asks as she eats a strawberry from the fruit tray.

"Uh, No. I had help." Tim says, shaking his head. "Actually, I was too nervous and Avi practically did everything."

"Avi's sweet. But why were you nervous?" Kirstie asks as she unwrapped a sandwich.

"I just wanted everything to be perfect today. So maybe if you weren't disappointed, you might go out with me again." Tim says as he glances around at her.

"This has been unbelievably perfect. OH MY GOD! IS THIS FRIED BOLOGNA??!!" She squealed causing Tim to jump. 

"Uh, yea. Is it alright?" Tim asks thinking he might have just screwed up. "I was told you loved it."

"Oh, I do. I've only had it once but I LOVED it." She says as she takes another bite of her sandwich.

They sat and chatted as they ate their lunch. Talking about how different they were from one another but yet how much fun they were having.

"It's like I'm seeing a whole new side of life. And I have you to thank for it, Tim." Kirstie says as she leans over and kisses him on the cheek. "Thank-you. Oops, sorry."

She giggles as she takes a napkin and wipes the mustard from his cheek.

"It's been my pleasure." Tim smiles at her. "You ready to go for a ride?"

"Absolutely." She grins as she begins to pack everything back into the picnic basket. "I am SO excited."

She puts everything back into the jeep as Tim gets the 4-wheeler off the trailer.

"Is this your's?" She asks as she walks up to the 4-wheeler. "It's awesome."

"No, it's not mine." Tim answers shaking his head. "It belongs to my landlord, Nate. He told me I could use it anytime."

"That's sweet of him." She comments as she watches Tim get onto the vehicle.

"Yea, he's a good guy. Climb on." Tim says with a smile.

She giggles and climbs on behind him.

Tim smiles as he feels her arms wrap around his waist. He cranks it up, puts it into gear and takes off.

She squeals, tightening her grip around his waist and laying her head on his back.

"WOOOOO!!! THIS IS AWESOMMMEEEE!!" She screams out as she begins to relax and enjoy the ride. "LOOK!!" She points at three deer running across the stream that Tim had been following.

They come to a place where the stream widens. Tim stops and turns off the motor.

"This is absolutely beautiful." Kirstie says as she climbs off the 4-wheeler.

The water was crystal clear as it rippled over the rocks. It wasn't even knee deep.

Tim sits down on the ground and begins to take off his boots.

"What are you doing?" She asks as she watches him roll up his pants legs.

"I'm hot. I'm going wading to cool off." Tim says, looking up at her and smiling.

"Wading? In there?" She asks, staring at him with a shock look on her face.

"I, Uh, I thought it might be fun." Tim says as his smile fades. That's it. He just screwed up, BIG TIME.

"Are you kidding? That's crazy." She says as she slowly begins to smile. "And I love it!" She sits down beside him and starts taking off her sandals.
