** After posting this story, I found out that some does not know what baloney is. So I posted a picture for you guys. :)

Tim takes his T.V. dinner from the microwave and places it on the small kitchen table. He grabs a beer from the fridge and start to sit down just as someone knocks on the door.

He looks at the door and then at the small dinner in front of him. He grabs up the dinner, hiding it back inside the microwave. Picking up his beer, he goes to answer the door.

He opens the door to the smell of pizza hitting him in the face.

"We brought pizza. You hungry." Avi smiles, Adam standing behind him with a grin on his face.

"Uh, sure. Pizza sounds great." Tim smiles. "Ya'll come on in." 

Avi walks in and sets the pizza boxes down on the coffee table.

"I'll go get some plates." Tim says as he turns to go to the kitchen, followed by Adam.

Adam goes and opens the almost bare refrigerator to get him and Avi something to drink. Beer, bottle water and a six pack of Mountain Dew. He grabs a bottle water for Avi and a Mountain Dew for himself.

He sniffs the air. "Have you been cooking something?"

"Uh, no." Tim lies as he grabs three plates out of the cabinet. He turns around to see Adam looking into the microwave at his dinner.

Tim walks over and closes the microwave door. "Nosy ass." He mumbles as Adam chuckles.

They walk back into the living room, sitting on either side of Avi.

"So what brings you guys around bearing gifts of pizza?" Tim ask as he hands them their plates.

"Your date with a certain little blond." Avi smiles as he takes a bite of pizza.

Tim sighs as he looks around at the smaller man.

"I really don't know what to do, Avi." Tim confesses.

"You don't have any ideas at all?" Avi ask.

"Well." Tim chuckles at the silly idea. "I thought about carrying her on a picnic. Is that a stupid idea?"

"Absolutely not. A picnic would be perfect." Avi says. "Kirstie secretly likes things that are different. All her dates has been, dinner and a movie. She's bored out of her mind with all that."

"He was thinking about a picnic in the country." Adam adds.

"Even better. Maybe beside a stream?" Avi asks.

"As a matter of fact, I know exactly where a stream is and it's beautiful." Tim says with a nod.

"I'll tell you something else." Avi says, taking a drink of his water. "She's always wanted to ride a four-wheeler. Do you have one?"

"No, but Nate, my landlord does. He told me I could use it any time I wanted." Tim tells him.

"There you go. The perfect date. Picnic by the stream and then carry her on a four-wheeler ride through the country. She will love it. Guarantee." Adam says with a smile.

"You sure? I don't want to screw this up." Tim says.

"Positive. Just give her some country charm." Avi smiles.

"In other words, don't try to get her in bed on the first date." Adam chuckles.

Tim is deep in thought and acts as if he doesn't hear Adam's comment.

"What should I fix for the picnic? I'm not a cook." Tim says.

"Not unless it's microwavable." Adam chuckles, receiving a dirty look from Tim.

"You can't go wrong with sandwiches and chips. And maybe some fruit. She loves sweet tea." Avi says, setting down his plate.

"Really? I can do that." Tim says as he gnaws at his bottom lip in thought.

"Want to know something else? She loves fried bologna." Avi says. (country folks calls it baloney)

"Really?" Tim asks, finding that hard to believe.

"Mhmm, we stopped at a little diner one time. It was just me and her, so she was acting normal." Avi chuckles. "She wanted to try it and she loved it."

"Fried bologna sandwiches? I think I can handle that." Tim smiles.

"And corn chips. She loves corn chips." Avi smiles.

"Avi, I hope you're being honest with me." Tim says.

"Tim, listen to me. I've known Kirstie every since we were kids. I know her like the back of my hand. She's like a sister to me." Avi says. "She's unhappy with her life. She's lonely. I was the same way until I met Adam. He changed my life. I've never been happier. I want that to happen for Kirstie and I think that you're the one that can do."

Adam smiles lovingly at Avi, wrapping his arms around him and kissing him on the temple. Avi smiles up at him, taking him by the hand and kissing it.

"You've changed Adam a lot too, Avi. And it's been for the better, even though he can still be an ass hole at times." Tim chuckles. "And don't think I didn't hear your comment, Adam."

"What? What did I say?" Adam asks with a shocked expression on his face.

"About me trying to get her in bed on the first date." Tim smirks. "I'm not that type of guy. I respect Kirstie."

"I just know it's been a while since you've gotten any." Adam says.

"Maybe so, but I'm not gonna get her out in the middle of nowhere and rip her clothes off." Tim says shaking his head.

"SPEAKING of clothes." Avi interrupts the friends argument. "You need to tell her what to wear and what not to wear.

Adam laughs at Avi's statement. "What not to wear?"

Avi smacks him on the arm. "What I mean is, she shouldn't dress up in a nice dress since you're gonna take her on a ride on a four-wheeler."

"That's true. Maybe jeans or shorts." Tim nods and then smirks. "Preferably shorts. She's got gorgeous legs."

"That's the Tim I know." Adam laughs, holding his hand out for a high-five. Only to have his hand smacked by Avi.

"You." Avi says, pointing a finger at Tim. " You had better be on your best behavior. If you know what is good for you, mister."
