The Dipper and the Cipher File. I originally thought it was part of the Stanchurian Candidate because it seemed like mind control, but now that is gone. Dipper may be rummaging through Ford's studies and run across this and being the paranoid kid he is he'll read it, discovering something he might regret. I think Ford is not what he seems because he's too nice to Dipper and what movie did we learn that people who are too nice are bad. Frozen.
