This trailer was full of things. I will go through it and make theories on this new episode.

Well. It is a week from the end of summer so that means the last few episodes will be placed during that week. I saw a part where someone was holding the rift and it was cracked which means that someone will mess up and break it. I don't think it will happen after this episode. Who will be the one to mess up though? My theory is that it will be Mabel or Cipher's Pawn. The reason being that Dipper and Mabel's sibling bond has been breaking ever since Ford has arrived. And that Dipper was wisked away from Mabel to do supernatual biz with Ford. But a question that still hasn't been answered is what was the deal Gideon made with Bill? Did he ask to be released from jail? Or did he ask for something more evil.

Dipper and Ford go into the ground and to a futureistic type place. I think that the UFO is finally being in the show. Another thing is that the scene where a door is opened behind Dipper. I think that is the entrance to the UFO.

But, why is it called 'Dipper and Mabel vs. the Future'? Some speculated that the Time Baby had something to do with it. I think that it relates to the code in DAMGTMANF: Growing up is an option. Mabel is all upset about them growing up because Dipper is trying to be all mature and adult-like around Ford. Another reason why it would be called this is because the future depends on them.

So, who is Bill's pawn going to be? There is no way we can fully predict but I'll just say what I've seen so far.

Candy- people have said it might be her because she did the Anime glasses glare like Ford did in The Last Mabelcorn.

Soos- people have said him for many reasons. They have said because of Dreamscapers, him turning into clay, and because of the code 'A simple man with simple ears, may trust the whispers that he hears.'

Wendy- people say her because in a AMA with Bill he's called her a 'pushover'.
