If you don't live in Gravity falls

You were on a bus/in a car headed to Gravity Falls. Once you got there, you stepped off the bus/out of the car, and grabbed your luggage. You turned around and saw a girl with stark-white hair up in a tree talking to someone that you couldn't see from where you were standing.
