I have said this many times to many people, but I was making a second, larger, and fluffier Bill Cipher plushie. Unlike the first one I had made, this guy is made of actual fabric as opposed to felt. This was based on the plush design from the video, but i did not copy it. He is completely hand-sewn and, yes, he is missing a leg. I was just too anxious to put this out there so, here ya' go! Partially legless new Billy next to teeny, tiny old Billy.
