Request Form:

Type of Banner (thank you, welcome, social media, for the start of the chapter, end of the chapter, etc.)

Size (large, medium, or small; look at samples for sizes)

What You Want it to Say (your username, name, thank you, welcome, chapter title, your social media handles, etc.)

Theme/Aesthetic/Vibe (if you want it modern, minimal, vintage, simple, colorful, dark, etc.)

Colors (base/background color, and other colors you want me to incorporate into it)

Anything Specific (if you want a specific pic of something, like birds or smiley faces, or you saw a specific drawing/font from one of the samples)

pm me your email so I can send you the banner when I'm done for the best quality.

*you'll pay after you like one of the banners I send, then I'll email you it without my watermark
