If yes, follow me :)

For the first go to PicsArt-Draw and choose 512x800 dimension

Click "Ok" and after, click "done"

Click on "Add photo" and Add a texture like this:

Click on "Ok" and now click again on "Add photo" and Add a png.

After this, go to Phonto. *or u can use a font from PicsArt but I like more from Phonto".
Write what you want and if you want a shadow, click on style  and set what you want.

Now, come back to PicsArt and Add a light texture

Click on Apply and after click on "Effects"

I preffer this, but you can choose other.
