Gather your png, and your base.

Click "add photo," and add 2 of your pngs.

Click "adjust," and turn down the amount. Hit "apply," and repeat if it's not completely black yet.

Adjust it's so it's slightly behind your png like an actual shadow.

Go to "FX," and click "Motion blur." Erase everywhere except for around the shadow.
