First, go to safari (or any app when you find pictures) and search something like "tumblr girl."

Go to "draw," and click the layers button on the bottom right corner.

Make sure that there is another layer (the png layer)

Go back, and click the lip colour, and draw as close to the girl's natural lips as you can. Then click "overlay," and adjust the opacity.

Add a new layer by clicking the layer option, and clicking the top left button.

And click "empty layer." This will be the next makeup layer.

I am doing highlight. Choose white, and turn the hardness to 0%.

Put the highlights in the places where highlight would go.

Turn down the opacity by clicking the layers button, and turning down the opacity. Add a new layer.

Add any more layers you want, and add any makeup you want. A freckle tutorial will come soon.
