I know, I know;

A) this is so very late, and I am very sorry!! bitchinpetrova and I'm sorry it's not 100% like the original. I made this very late at night.

B) what a strange title.

But let's get past those little facts, and start this thing!!

Go onto Picsart, and add your png/photo. I'm using Cara Delevingne, cause I just watched Valerian. It wasn't so bad.

Add the newspaper clipping, and click "blend." Choose whatever effect looks best.

Add it a second, or even third time, but use a different blending method each time. For the final time, I'm going to use a brush with low opacity and hardness to erase gently.

Add any special effects. I used;
