Steps:

Step 1 : Pick a background color and a photo.

Step 2: Copy the photo

Tip 1. : How to get a white background behind a photo! 

Step 3: Adjust brightness and Contrast to 100.

Step 4: Now move the first photo above the white photo.

NOW YOU HAVE GOT THE WHITE BACKGROUND BEHIND THE PHOTO.

PLEASE IGNORE THE ERROR IN THE NUMBERS OF STEPS!

Step 3: Type the name of the book.

Step 4: Go to Effects.

Step: Click neon AND ADJUST IT TO 100.

Step 6: Go to fonts and pick a font of your likes.

Step 7 and 8: Adjust the letter distance and height between two lines.

Step 9: Pck any ELEMENT of your likes.

Step 10: Adjust it to the place where you want it to be.

Step 11: If the Element is above the font, you can copy the font and place it above the first font so that you get the element below the font!!!

This is just a basic step of creating a simple cover.
