This is my entry for round 3 of Morsemordre | Graphic contest by bloodybutterflyy and Flame_of_Frost! 

The prompt for this round was to design a cover for one of their books, so I chose Flame_of_Frost's book, Vespian Emeralds: Chasing Secrets.

When I looked at the tags for the book, it appeared to by a crime novel/thriller so I tried to play to that a little! I spent some time on instagram trying to teach myself some new skills with colour blending and tones this week,  and I think it really paid off!
