How you start

File → New

Or Ctl + N

Make a new layer

This is where you choose the size (on the next chapter there will be several sizes for you to choose, it depents on what you are interesting to make)

Choose the type of the background you want

For an empty background → Trasparent → OK

For a colored background → White → OK

After you make the background this is what you see and you are ready to start working on your Wattpad cover, edit.

Add a PNG or a picture

File → Open → Find the picture you want to add → Click on it → OK

Or Ctl + O

The picture opens in a new tab like this

Then you drag a little down the tab of the picture you just opened like a window

After you drag the picture inside the first background you made like this

Close the window with the picture

Now, resize and move

Click on the picture and make sure you have checked the Move Tool and and the Show Transform Controls option

From the ▫ on the corners and all around you can resize the picture or change the rotasion.

First you have to click somewhere on the line

Then make sure you clicked that tool on the box

After resize from the corners and move the picture by clicking inside the picture as I did
