LAST CHAPTER:

FEW DAYS LATER:

Days went normally, there was no particular change in there life, both ASR and Atharv were repenting sincerely, day-by-day there guilt was increasing. Adhvedh was finding a chance to tell his mom about both, but was not finding a way. In all this Atharv was falling into depression and ASR was helpless and for the time being he almost begged his younger son to tell where his mom was. But being an ardent mother's ladla, Adhvedh strongly stood at his mom side.

Adhvedh: I know bhai was falling into depression and it is completely his fault. When ma was flooding him with love he pushed her away, but when she left him he want her back. For me my ma has bared enough and I don't want her to come back just because , Atharv can come out of depression. Isn't she have freedom to live her life in her own way that you want to bring her and capture in this golden cage.

Saying this he left the room, while Arnav stood helplessly.

IN MUMBAI:

Kushi's life was somewhat on track, though she was forced into the marriage but after a while she started loving him unconditionally. Though she never expressed, but her heart still beats for only one name, her Arnav. She misses her son and husband every moment. Though they never cared for her, but her heart was still happy seeing them in-front of her eyes. When Adhvedh said Anjali, Sheetal and Aman kidnapped Atharv and kept him under gun point, her heart dropped into stomach. She left everything and went to Delhi. Only when Adhvedh informed Atharv was rescued by Asr and the 3 culprits were in jail, then her rapidly beating heart came to normal. She went to see an unconscious Arnav,who was injured dodging a bullet, which was about to hit Atharv and graced Arnav's arm, she was restless till she saw him. She was there with him for two days, hiding from everyone. Her tears never stopped when Arnav was murmuring continuous sorry Kushi. She wants to forgive him, but her heart was afraid to break again and her mind was numb. so, she just left him { this incident happen almost 4 years back from the day Kushi left }.After that she never saw them again, though the mother in her want to see her son, but her ears became numb to hear any accusations thrown her way. So, she just assures herself with Advedh's information about them.

In all this she was at peace when she was with her little girl and talking to Adhvedh in video call. Kushi's heart was happy to know , Arnav acted rudely just to keep them all safe, but it also broken when she thought he never trusted with this matter. The name of Raizada's bring a huge headache. She also got to know Nani was dead three months ago in sleep, though Kushi was not physically present she did all the rituals for Nan's heavenly pathway. Her life was at peace but from past few days she was becoming restless and she don't know the reason. Her little doll who was all chirpy was sad from few days and on asking she became more silent. this behavior of her making Kushi to worry more.

She thought to call Adhvedh, so that Advaya can share her problem with her VB {Vedh Bhai }. Kushi messaged Adhvedh to come on video chat.

After few minutes:

Adhvedh: Hello mom, how are you ?

Kushi: I'm fine beta, but how are you and all { she asked hesitatingly}.Seeing her restlessness, Adhvedh was worried.

Adhvedh: What happen mom.

Kushi:I don't know beta, i'm worried about choti. she has became so silent and yesterday she was drowning with fever, i'm not understanding, what to do. If, I tried to talk to her she become's more silent, she was not eating nor playing.She said rubbing her aching forehead. Seeing her mother tensed face.

Adhvedh:Call her ma, i'll try to talk to her. Kushi went from there to bring Advaya, who was watching T.V., Advaya was resting her head on Kushi's shoulder. When she saw her VB on line, she was still silent, not jumping here and there and shouting VB. Advaya was looking at Adhvedh still laying in Kush's arms.

Advedh: Choti, what happen bachhaAdvaya was still silent.

Advedh: Naraz ho mujhsey. 

she nodded no

.Advedh: Then what happen, will you not tell your VB. She was again silent. 

Advedh taking a breath.

Adhvedh: Did something happen in school. For which she started crying. 

Kushi was slightly panicked and started rubbing her back consoling her.

Advedh: Choti please tell us, did someone said anything to you, did someone hurt you.

Advaya's sobs were decreased a little, Kushi wiped her nose and tears, kissed her forehead.

Adhvedh and Kushi encouraged her to open up and finally she did.

Advaya: VB in my school all tease me saying I don't have daddy. They pulled my hair too . My friend's mother said ,I should not go near her because I was someone's pap. When I said Papa's name, they said it was not true and mama was saying lies because she don't know who is my dad. Ronit pushed me into mud when I was talking with his sister. All are making fun of me. You said ma was here as because Papa was busy there. You and Avi Bhai {Atharv Bhai } are with Papa. you talk with both ma and pa. But I never talk to papa and bhai. Tomorrow is PTA and I don't want to go there. Please VB ask papa to talk to me once and then i'll not ask anything. Pinky promise. 

she said again sobbing a little. Kushi was also in tears, she was guilty for keeping Advaya away from Arnav. While Atharv has something in his mind and its time to take actions.

{ Advaya knows ASR is her dad, Kushi never wanted Advaya to be lacked to know about her father. She has every right, it was her who has problem with her and not Advaya. Adhvedh used to talk to her about Atharv and ASR. They both made her to believe ASR was busy and to take care of him both the brother's staying with him and she cannot accompany them because she was small to travel. }

  Adhvedh :Choti, choti look at meHe said to Advaya who was sobbing in Kushi's arms. She slowly looked towards Advedh with her bloodshot eyes.While Adhvedh felt he was splashed with ice water seeing his baby sister's tears. But consoling himself that everything will be back to normal once for all tomorrow morning, he consoled himself.

Advedh:Choti, baccha you will go to school tomorrow.for which Advaya let out a sob.

Advedh: Bacha your my strong princess. you are not a pap. If you go to school tomorrow , I promise to make you see Papa.

Advaya: Promise

Advedh: Promise and now be a good girl, eat your food and sleep with your Mini Doremon's. Now smile.

Advaya gave him a small smile, wishing him goodnight she left to her room.

Kushi who was silent till now let out few tears hearing what all happen.

Advedh: Ma its not your fault, don't feel bad. Tomorrow is big day for you mom.

Kushi:What are you going to do beta.

Advedh:You'll come to know tomorrow Ma. Just go and sleep, it will be a long day and you also need to go to choti's school.

Kushi:Hmm you are right beta. Good night and take care.

Advedh:Good Night Mom.

NEXT DAY @10 am Sunshine school

Kushi accompanied Advaya to her school for PTA, Though Advaya promised her VB but still she was sad. Kushi was also upset seeing her baby like that. But what can be done. Taking a deep breath she walked to waiting area where all the parents were waiting. She settled herself and took little Advaya in her lap.Seeing Kushi there some of the parents were jealous, when they saw there husband looking at her like she was the only beauty in the world. They know how much successful businesswomen she was. They want to hurt her, and only one reason can hurt her.

Lady-1: Hello Mrs.Gupta, how are you

Kushi:Fine and how are you Mrs.Kaushik.

Kushi replied them ,she don't want to be rude for not replying them.

Lady-2: Mrs.Gupta where is your husband.

Kushi:He is busy.

Lady-3:Oh please Mrs.Gupta from the past years we never saw your husband around you and you always say he is busy. What is making him so busy that he don't even have time for his wife and daughter.She said smirking evilly and others took a sadistic pleasure seeing her hurt look.

Kushi: Its none of your business Mrs.Vashist .Kushi said angrily and stood taking Advaya in her arms, to go away from these hypocrites. But again stopped

Lady-2: Arey Arey where are you going, rather making us believe that you are indeed married then you should say what is your name atleast or you don't even know what is his before opening your legs. 

Kushi felt someone pushed her into deep sea. Her tears ran down her cheeks. Others were laughing at her that is when they heard someones angry voice.

ENOUGH

All looked at the direction of voice, only to see the great Arnav Singh Raizada standing in all glory with his sons behind. He was hearing every accusation that they made which was making his heart to bleed thousand times. But when he saw Kushi's tears that's it, the last drop of patience also evaporated.All the ladies were frightened hearing loud noise while there husbands were shocked seeing him there.

 PAPA

Advaya who was also frightened hearing loud noise, hided herself in her ma's shoulder and then slowly seeing her papa there she has no bounds of happiness. she jumped from Kushi's arms and went to him, who eagerly took her in arms and kissed her who returned him back. She hugged him tightly.The vile ladies got another heart attack seeing handsome male who is in early 40's and that to as Kushi's husband made them more jealous of Kushi. 

ASR walked to where Kushi was standing and hugged her with one arm. Kushi was still in daze seeing Arnav there. Her throat went dry and ears gone deaf. She failed to hear what he was saying to those vile creatures.

ASR:How dare you people accuse my wife with your cheap words.

Lady-1: How come she is your wife, as far we know you left your wife years back.

Asr's stance was oozing anger which made them shiver

ASR:No, I never left, I was all the way around and kept them away because of few threats. But why I'm I justifying my actions. Who the hell are you to me. And before saying any words, think before itself because every word you say i'll make you people to beg on streets. All shut there mouths knowing very much about his doing's.

Kush was still numb, she was still silent. After completing PTA they went back to Kushi's house. All the way Advaya was excitingly talking with Atharv and her Pa. She missed both of them. On entering into the home, Atharv who was all silent broke up into tears and ran into Kushi's arms. Kushi was startled seeing the change which she was waiting for all this years and now seeing him here she hugged tightly and kissed him to her hearts content. She forgave him instantly. Why not She was her mother and can see the sincerity in his eyes.They had lunch where Asr was feeding his little doll while Kushi her sons. There are many things which can be waited for a time being. After lunch Kids went out with Kushi's friend .Asr was standing infront of wall which was filled with all there pictures. He was caressing every picture of Advaya. He was so much engrossed that he failed to notice a person behind him.

Kushi:It was Advaya's 6th month pictures. While Kushi describing story behind each picture , Asr's face was lit with a smile, seeing him with pale smile she was again guilty for keeping Advaya away from him.

Kushi:SorryASR turned towards taking a deep breath, he took her arms guiding her towards the balcony. He knelt down infront of her.

ASR:You are not he one to say sorry Kushi. I should be the one to apologize, I always took you for granted. I need our son to point my mistakes. I never gave a chance for you to talk. I taunted you humiliated you. I destroyed your self confidence , your dignity. I took your freedom and forced you to marry me. Kushi was about o stop him, but Arnav cut her before.

ASR: Nahi Kushi aaj mujhey bolney doh. If I would have opened up myself before you long time back, then may be we may be happy. But all along these 16 years, I was the reason behind your tears. I was insecure Kushi, I was afraid what if something happen to you and our son's.I love you Kushi and always will.

Kushi:Then why did you not tell about Anjali Arnavji, Did you think I'm incapable of your trust.She said with tears. wiping her tears away.

ASR: I never thought your incapable, because you are more mature then me in matters of relationship but then again my past what happen with ma always made me take back step. I already lost her and i don't want to loose you too. When Adhvedh came yesterday night in our room and said if ,I ever thought that i'm capable of asking your forgiveness then pack the bags and live for Mumbai ones for all. I stood up and packed the bags in express speed. I know Kushi, I don't deserve your forgiveness but i'm selfish, to have you in my life. I never cheated you with anyone Kushi. How can I, when my mother has committed suicide because of my father's affair and i'm not my father. He said placing his head in her lap

.Kushi:I donno what to say Arnavji, I myself have became blind and not sure where our paths are going. If , I say its all your mistake then i'll be wrong because somewhere I failed to understand you, we were closed up in our own way and never made ourselves comfortable to discuss and look into each others personal space. We lacked communication among each other.

ASR: I know Kushi we lacked in every way But I want to fill the empty space in our lives Kushi. Many times relationships break because of this reason. I want to start a new life Kushi, where I want to see you with me in each path. I want to see a future with you and our children. We in our hurt ,misplacing our children's future. Atharv underwent into depression for 6 months and I was helpless, I don't want to see the same situations again Kushi. I know I deserve your hate. Slap me, punch me, but please on't go away from me. I survived last time but this time i'll die Kushi.

Kushi Shut his mouth hearing the D word.

Kushi:I want to give the chance Arnavji, not because for us but for our children. Advaya missed you too and seeing pale face my heart was filled with guilt. Just to prove ourselves we took many wrong steps. Relationships are not some tissue paper, where we can throw after use. I believe if we come together again and open up, discuss our opinion then may be we will be successful. We will give our relationship a chance. We will not jump on each other for every little thing. I want us start it on basis of trust because I'm fed up of taking me for GRANTED. I want to live a happy life which I missed all from my childhood.

ASR:I'll Keep you happy Kushi, this time Hamesha, forever.

Kushi: Hamesha.

Saying this both hugged each other, They talked there heart content and what they missed all this year.After a while there children came back and for the first time after years they enjoyed there dinner and slept peacefully with smiles. Asr settled himself in Mumbai, giving responsibilities of Delhi branch to NK and Akash. 

Arnav and Kushi gave a second chance for there relationship. They dedicated there life for each other. They fought with each other for some matters but also sat and discussed everything. Arnav became a shield around his family, protecting them from external harms, while Kushi supported him equally. There sons became protective towards there sister and Atharv became his choti's idol. They also adopted another girl Ashi to give love of parents. There life saw hurdles but they never left there hands. The true definition of love is doesn't depend till how much time we are together but defines did you hold your partner's hand at the time of difficulties.

 Every relationship has some flaws and accepting with those make them build a strong base.We need to give second chance. In today's world we see lack of patience and communication between couples,we don't see the heart but see the outer beauty. Every one has something special in them and the one who identifies and accept it, then you are the lucky one. Divorce is never a solution for a relationship, though there are other cases where it is applicable. Just give a chance don't listen to anyone other then your inner voice, there are many people outside who gives long speech about what we should do in life, but the some people disappear at the time of need. Taking every relationship to court makes you how you have hurt the person close to your heart, whom yo insulted in-front of the whole world. If there is choice then part away on good note, insulting someone in every-way make you cruel and the other to die hundred times.
