Friday Night
🕯🕯🕯
11:42 PM
Claudia and Allie laid on Allie's bed watching a movie when Pippa came in. "Hey girls," Pippa greeted. The girls waved at their mom as she sat down on Allie's fluffy bean bag. "Whatcha watching?" Pippa asked, not recognizing the movie.
"Catfight," Claudia quickly replied during a slower part. Pippa nodded and noticed that AnneMarie was nowhere to be found.
"Where's your sister?" Pippa asked. Claudia and Allie shrugged.
"Don't know," Allie replied.
"Don't care," Claudia continued. Pippa shook her head and rolled her eyes.
"You should invite her in here," Pippa suggested. Claudia scrunched up her face and shook her head.
"You know she has everyone at school thinking you're a whore, right? No thanks," Claudia grimaced. Pippa pushed her dark brown hair behind her ears and folded her arms.
"I'm sorry, what?" Pippa half freaked. Claudia and Allie nodded. "Do you know if your sister is in her room?" Pippa asked. Allie shrugged.
"Don't know," Allie replied.
"Don't care," Claudia continued.
"Well you should," Pippa guilted. Claudia sat up and tucked her hair behind her ears.
"My sister is a bitch to me. No. Not a bitch. A cunt. I have been there since day one and she has done nothing but shit on me and Allie. She calls me a whore and fat. She calls Allie dumpster trash. She would rather have the loyalty of her friends, than her own sisters. Actually, I don't even consider her my sister. I hate her. So, sorry for not sending out a search party to find She devil," Claudia fumed. Pippa gasped. She had no idea Claudia truly hated AnneMarie. She knew they had their fights but she didn't know it was that bad. Before she could say anything Claudia ran into Allies bathroom and locked the door.
"Dia!" Pippa yelled. Allie shook her head and pulled Pippa out of her room.
"She's gonna be in there for a while," Allie whispered. Pippa hung her head and left as Allie shut the door behind her mom.

Enzo sat on his couch watching Feather sleep on his bed under a new set of sheets, of course. They had been in each others lives for three days and Enzo still couldn't believe that he was a dad. He hadn't told anyone yet, but he stopped going to the club, and was looking for a real job to support his daughter. As he thought, Feather started to toss and turn in her sleep. "No," she whimpered. "Please. I'll be good. I'm sorry," she cried. Enzo shot over to his bed quickly, as daddy mode set in. As soon as he sat down he felt the bed shaking.
"Feath," Enzo called. Feather continued to have her nightmare.
"Owe!" She screamed. Enzo, then, instinctively picked Feather up into his arms and held her tightly.
"Feather. Baby. Wake up," Enzo rocked. The little girl moved and kicked until she realized who's arms she was in. "Feather, it's daddy," Enzo whispered. Feather looked up her dad with tear stained cheeks and red eyes. She quickly snuggled into his chest and did her best to block out her dream. "It's okay, I've got you," Enzo protectively cradled. He rock his child for a couple of moments before her death grip on his shirt loosed, telling him that she was fast asleep. "Daddy's got you," Enzo smiled. He laid Feather on his pillow and laid next to her, careful not to wake her or snake his arms from around her.

Lesley rolled out of her bed and into the kitchen to see Nova making breakfast. "What are you doing up so early?" Lesley asked, pecking her child's head. Nova squished her eyebrows together and cocked her head.
"Mama, it's 12:30," she replied. Lesley hummed and sat at the kitchen table. Nova placed some eggs, bacon, and pancakes on her mother's plate and grabbed a glass of juice. "Enjoy! Gotta go," rushed Nova. Lesley held up her hand and put her glass down.
"Where are you going?" Lesley asked. Nova grabbed her backpack and slung it over her shoulder.
"Since you aren't gonna go to dinner tomorrow, I'm gonna go spend the night at Nona's," Nova answered. Lesley stood up and folded her arms.
"Who said I wasn't going?" She fought. Nova gave a dumb look and pointed to her mother.
"You did. When you drove off and said I'm not going to that blanking dinner," the thirteen year old censored. Lesley let her arms drop and waved her daughter off.
"Negative, I'm going," Lesley recanted. Nova rolled her eyes.
"Okay, well Nona is downstairs waiting. Bye mama," Nova yelled as she ran out. Lesley took a couple of bites of bacon and sighed. She didn't work until five, just had her morning fix of OxyContin, and was bored alone. The twenty-seven year old quickly finished her breakfast and called up her girl, Vedrana. Vedrana was an Australian dancer at the club, Lesley worked at. They had become best friends over the years and since both were bi, when they felt lonely they would sleep together. It was almost like coping mechanism.
"Hello?" Vedrana answered.
"Hey, Veggie, wanna come over?" Lesley asked while she set her plate in the sink.
"Are we gonna have sex?" Vedrana asked. Lesley looked around her messy apartment and shrugged.
"I guess. Why not?" Lesley shrugged.
"Great. Cause I have so much to tell you," Vedrana squeal. The two hung up and Lesley went to get ready for her hang out sesh.

Enzo sat on his island, tapping his phone against his leg. He wanted to call his mom, because Feather was out of clothes, and he had no idea what he was doing. But, he also wanted to try on his own. However, before he could make a decision, Feather sat up from the bed. She yawned and looked around before spotting her father. "Hey kiddo, you feeling better from last night?" Enzo tried. The eight year old held her hand up and rolled out of the bed.
"We don't have to talk about it. What we should talk about is what I should call you," Feather redirected. Enzo picked up his daughter and placed her next to him.
"You can call me Zo, Enzo, dad, whatever you want," Enzo answered. Feather nodded and shrugged.
"I like Zo. Zo it is," Feather smiled. "My mom used to call me Feath. You can call me Feath, too," Feather reciprocated. Enzo chuckled and hopped off the counter.
"You want to go get breakfast? I know a place that has great chocolate pancakes," Enzo suggested. Feather nodded with a grin that spread from ear to ear.
"Those are my favorite," she announced. Enzo internally danced. He was finally getting the hang of this dad thing.
"Awesome, let's get dressed and go," Enzo smiled. He picked Feather up and dropped her on the bed. "I'm gonna get ready in the bathroom, you can get ready out here. Just let me know when you're done," Enzo said as he grabbed some clothes from his draws.
"Why don't you have any walls?" Feather asked. Enzo giggled and pointed to the only wall in the house for the bathroom.
"I do," he tapped the wall. Feather laughed and grabbed her backpack.
"Zo! That doesn't count," she giggled.
"I guess you're right. Maybe I should look into getting a real house," Enzo agreed. Feather nodded and dug through her backpack while Enzo went into the bathroom.

Nova laid on Allie's bed playing with her phone as Claudia took selfies in the mirror and Allie came out of the bathroom. "I think I'm gonna invite Killy over for the dinner tomorrow night," Allie thought aloud. Killy was one of her only friend outside of her niece and sister. Killy, short for Killiandra, has been with Allie since she was nine. She lived three doors down and came over at least three times a week.
"I haven't seen Killy in a while," Claudia assessed. Allie nodded and laid next to Nova on the king sized bed.
"She broke her arm, when she broke curfew a couple weeks back, so she was grounded. But, her mom is letting her off punishment this weekend," Allie replied. Claudia 'ohhed' and kicked her feet up on Allie's desk.
"We should go get some ice cream. I've been craving Baskin Robins for days!" Claudia exclaimed. Allie and Nova shared a giggle, before hoping up and grabbing their shoes. "Seriously? Yes!" Claudia cheered as she followed her sister and niece out of the room. The anxious teen ran to the room she shared with her twin and barged in. AnneMarie was on her phone, lying in her bed. Claudia knew that if Pippa was downstairs, she would make Claudia ask if AnneMarie wanted to go, so to kill two birds with one stone she slipped on her boots and grabbed her sisters attention.
"What?" AnneMarie snapped, at the impact of a stuffed animal being thrown at her. Claudia chuckled and grabbed her jacket.
"Allie, Nova, and I are going to get ice cream, you wanna go?" Claudia reluctantly asked. AnneMarie gaged and shook her head.
"Can't keep a nice figure, like mine, and eat the shit that you do. Dismissed," AnneMarie grimaced. Claudia rolled her eyes and left out the room.
"A simple no thanks would have sufficed," Claudia sulked, under her breath. Even though her sister was always mean to her, it still hurt every time it happened. Shaking the anger out of her system, Claudia pranced down the stairs and met her sister and niece at the garage door.
"You ready?" Allie asked. Claudia nodded and grabbed the truck keys. As they walked out, Pippa came from the basement.
"Where are you guys going?" Pippa asked, spotting the kids walking out. Nova turned and smiled.
"We are going to Baskin and Robins. Want anything?" She smiled. Pippa saw that AnneMarie wasn't with them and rose an eyebrow.
"No, thanks," she answered. "Claudia, where is AnneMarie?" Pippa asked. Claudia pointed up. "Did you ask her if she wanted to go?" The forty one year old asked. Claudia nodded.
"Yeah. She bashed my eating habits, then told me I was dismissed," Claudia relayed. Pippa gasped and shook her head. "Some angel you have there," Claudia whispered before leaving the house with her family in toe. Pippa leaned against the fridge and sighed. She never had this much trouble with her kids fighting as much as the twins.
"What's wrong, Mamita?" Lin asked, coming up the stairs to see Pippa upset. Pippa shook her head and allowed Lin to wrap his arms around her waist.
"Your daughters are going to kill each other, and if they don't, I might," Pippa sighed. Lin chuckled and laid his head on her shoulder.
"I know I haven't been the best partner, lately," Lin started. Pippa rolled her eyes.
"Lately... yeah okay," Pippa scoffed. Lin smacked his lips and dramatically rolled his eyes.
"Anyways, I was wondering if I could make it up to you. You, me, your favorite bistro, Monday night?" He asked. Pippa turned around to her mans with a small smile.
"I can't, Allie and Nova have games Monday night. Maybe some other time," Pippa suggested. She kissed Lin's cheek and walked off towards the laundry room. Lin shrugged and shook his head.
"Sorry, little dude," Lin whispered to his crotch. "I tried. I know, I know I got you fixed for a reason, but we can't force her," Lin said. With a salute to his Mini Lin, Big Lin took himself upstairs to grab a quick shower.
