GRAHAM'S POV

"Ok ok ok, we need a plan, and also why are they not going into any houses?", I was panicking at every thing, we were not preparing for a war, but this was inevitable, the dark king wasn't gonna say hey guys, I'll be bringing a fight your way, so be prepared. we should've known.

Eric cut me from my thoughts when his look changed. "If they're not going into any houses, then they're going to the manor, we should have enough time to make out a plan", Eric suggested. "But if they're going there, then they're looking for us, and if they don't find us, they're a thousand innocent people here", this was getting bad. Seconds later, I had the worst idea ever.

"What's going through your head mate", Eric asked. "Guys I have an idea, its terrible but an idea".

"What do you have", Aurora asked this time. "They're humans living here, if we send a distress signal they'll come help". I couldn't avoid the thought of it, even though humans are not meant to be involved in our business.

"Are you out of your mind, we can't bring the humans into this, with all their knowledge they'll never comprehend magic, you'll just get them killed", Eric raised his voice at me, uh, that's new. "Eric, Aurora, hear me out on this one. The rule is that humans don't get involved in our business, this is their business too, at least it will be, they're humans living here and Brandon isn't gonna just hand pick em out", it looked like I was getting to them. "Look, humans may not be able to comprehend magic, but they have sophisticated weapon, we can't do this by ourselves".

"Even if we consider this, how are we getting to them, the darks clouds has distorted every signal, they probably don't even know we're in danger", Eric said. "We split up, I saw my father in there, he said Tiana can show us how to make the sword, one person's gotta stay with her and help, while we go get help". I suggested. "You saw dad?", Tiana asked.. "I did kiddo, and he needs you to help us, can you do that for him?", I tried not to sound too worried. "I'll try".

"Ok who else thinks we need a name for the dark king's army, because dark king army is kinda weird.., and long.., well you get what I mean", Tiana laughed a bit and Eric's statement, I wont lie, coming from him, it was a little funny. " We call em darklings", Tiana suggested. "Hmm, not bad kid", Eric said and gestured for a high five, which he got. "Are you two seriously joking right now", Aurora killed their joy, i just watched, when did they start getting along soo well.

"Eric, you stay with Tiana, I'll go with Graham", Aurora blurted out. "Wait, what?, you don't get to make that choice", Eric disagreed openly. "If two serious guys go and start talking about magic, they'll lock you two up, if a lady's there, they'll go easier on us".

"You don't know that"

"I believe I do, its every lady's charm".

"Cut it out guys", I tried stopping their arguments, then I went closer to Eric, "please take care of Tiana, don't take your eyes off her", I wouldn't trust her being with any other person. "I'll keep her safe, what ever it takes", yea, we had a bro hug, patted our backs, I was grateful for every thing, they've put their lives at risk for us. "Thanks man", I said before turning to Tiana. "Heyy Tee, not so tough now are you?", she giggled and kept a tough face, "pretty sure I am"

"Yea, sure you are. I need you to stay with Eric, do what he tells you to do, just..., just be safe ok?", I said holding both her hands, if anything happened to her I don't know what I'd do. "I'll be fine, you'll be back right?", she asked looking down, "I'm always going to come back to you". We both hugged.

"We need to go", Aurora said as she opened the door.

If we were going to the humans, there's only one place we'd go to, Los Angeles. It was a couple miles away from amaggadon, once we got in the city, moving around was easier. Things were different here, its highly populated with huge buildings and lots of commercials.

We went to their military base, Aurora's position in amaggadon enabled us get through with ease. We were taken to a waiting room by a soldier, tall, dark and really broad. Aurora and I stayed quietly until we were invited to the general's office.

"Who are the two of you, and state your business here", the general spoke before we could start talking.

"Sir, my name is Graham Ryder and this is lady Aurora. And we need your help urgently".

"You haven't really stated anything necessary yet". What did he just say?.. He can't be serious right now.

"Sir, can we talk in private", Aurora asked. "And why should we?".

"Because what we're about to tell you is as confidential as it is". The general excused every one in the room, but still left the doors open.

"Sir, do you believe in magic?"

ERIC'S POV

"So, how does your vision.., day dreaming work, do you need something to trigger it or it just happens", I asked Tiana. "It just happens, the only time it didn't just happen was when Jesse helped me".

"Do you remember what she did?"

"She just made me focus on what I wanted to see, I was able to make her see the same thing I was seeing".

"Okay, thats a start, how do you show me?.

"Feel the earth beneath you, the air around you", Tiana said while crouching. "So, what are we looking at here" she asked looking at me, I sat in front of her, "think about the sword, and your father, try to picture him with the sword", I said holding her hands.

For what felt like minutes, Tiana's grip got tighter, just when I opened my eyes to see if she was okay, I opened them to see somewhere else. It was the center of amaggadon, the only place the sword could be made, same place grahams mother was trapped for months.

I tried walking around but the illusion of the place glitched giving me a slight headache. When it stopped, I saw Jack, Tiana's father, putting a couple of things together. I went closer to look, but it got darker and darker the closer I went.

"Eric!!", I woke up harshly as I heard Tiana yell my name. "What happened, why did it stop?", I asked her, but her attention was on something else. "Darklings", her voice trembled as she pointed behind me.

I turned immediately only to receive a pitiless punch on my face. I fell flat to the floor, I could've sworn I saw stars for a second there. By the time I could get up, of them was already trying to drag Tiana outside, and two were in front of me, how great.

"Eric!!, help!", Tiana screamed while struggling to break free. "Can you just let the little girl go, I promise not to give you a hard time", I said picking a good strike position. "The dark king already warned about you, dont get too cocky already", the darkling said throwing a fist to my face. I bent to the side and gave him an uppercut, giving the other person an opening to kick the back of my knee sending me off balance. Without hesitation he punched me again. There was no helping Tiana in this state, I tried rushing up and I got knocked down again.

"Eric!!", I managed to look at Tiana from the floor, and then she screamed, she screamed so loud my ears began to ache, but it was worse for the darkling, it was killing them. The person holding Tiana left her to block his ears. When she stopped screaming the darklings looked drained of energy but the one behind Tiana pulled out a knife, I quickly pulled the knife from the darkling beside me and threw it to his chest, he fell with a thud behind Tiana, from the look on her face, she was as shocked as I was at what she did.

"When are Graham and Aurora coming back", I hurried to her and grabbed her hands. "I don't know Tee, but till they do, we need to hide", I dragged her down the room where we found Graham.

GRAHAM'S POV

"Sir, we wouldn't be here if this isn't real and severe, you need to believe us", convincing him was harder than expected.

"Go to warner bros studios, I'm sure they'll take you more seriously", he said packing his things. "This isn't a movie, and we're running out of time.., if you don't help us, you might as well say goodbye to your family tonight", Aurora said, but that was a bit much. The general paused for a moment without a word, got up from his seat still not saying a thing.

"A threat to me and my family, is a threat to this entire agency", immediately he finished talking I felt something pierce my neck at an incredible speed, I took it out and looked at it. "A tranquilizer, mostly for animals, but since we don't want you dead". I started feeling drowsy and my sight began to fade, I looked at Aurora who had already blacked out.

"You don't understand, we not the threat", was the last thing I lost consciousness.

"Graham!, Graham wake up!", I felt a bit lightheaded when I woke up. I tried rubbing my head and I realized I was cuffed. "You cant be serious right now". We were in a cell, with handcuffs on.

"I guess we didn't think this through, they definitely don't go easy on ladies". Aurora said sitting on the ground and leaning on the wall.

"This is so not good.."
