CHAPTER 19: HOURS OF SLEEP

Usually you're supposed to get 9-11 hours of sleep per night. Students can get sleep deprived if they spend too much time on homework at night and focus on playing video games all night. Being sleep deprived can lead you to missing out on important class time. And could possibly get you into trouble. Sleep deprivation is not as interesting as it sounds. In sixth grade I learned a lot about sleep deprivation and I did a debate on it and my team did win for the cons side of this issue. But there are a lot of cons about sleep deprivation. Being sleep deprived is not a good thing. So, the average human should get about 9 to 11 hours of sleep per night.
