CHAPTER 17: FITNESS
This isn't something that everyone has to do. But working out at least 30 minutes a day can be very nice exercise. Whether it's walking your pet, or going on a short walk, or even working out in your home gym. Working out can be a nice thing when you work hard for it. You could always get a good reward. And you can eat healthy and still have a good time. Sometimes, I go on walks with my friend, The walks turn out to be about 45 minutes to an hour long. I also, try to work out three times a day for about 30 minutes sometimes 45 minutes long. I go to my home gym and I watch videos and TV shows and movies to get myself distracted and then once I'm done I take a shower.
