backstory
Anthony grew up with two sisters, his mother and Skype calls to his father who had been deployed for most of his life. life was tough- his mother constantly stressed about money and her husband, especially since whenever he came back they didn't actually have the most picture perfect marriage that she thought they did. maybe that was why he always went back to the military. Anthony spent a lot of his childhood over at his grandparents house. now those two had a good marriage, they got along even after years and years and taught Anthony the things that his father and mother hadn't been able to. his grandfather taught him how to cook and eat and be kind to others and his grandmother encouraged his big, colorful dreams and called him 'Her Sweet ant'. school however was another story. while his grandparents house was his haven, school was his hell. the older he got, the heavier he got and his peers definitely noticed in the most negative way possible. they took his grandmothers nicknames and twisted them, calling him names and playing the cruelest of jokes on him. one time, they shoved a concoction of their lunches together down his throat. but no matter how little he tried to eat at school his grandparents always made sure he was fed well and showered him in affection to null the pain. not much had changed as he got older, he was still shoved and still struggled with his dark thoughts. depression bites after him due to his grandfathers recent death and he's still on a steady path to an eating disorder. but his grades in school got him to a pretty good college and he started to feel better after leaving his school bullies behind.

personality
Anthony is funny. he's got a quick wit and a friendly air about him making him a pretty huggable pal to be around. he can be quite thoughtful and is skilled at giving gifts. sometimes people call him clingy- since when he gets close to someone he finds that he stays near them and literally tries to hug them all the time. but despite this clinginess when he has someone he's close to around he's actually quite independent. there aren't many people he trusts to love him for as he is so he got used to working alone and doing things on his own. he gets jittery a lot, and often finds himself talking to himself or just trying to fill of the silence that drives him crazy. ultimately, he's a fun guy. he's got a lot is issues and needs a boost of self esteem, but most people can't tell and he's fine with that.
