A quick drive to the citadel was uncomfortably tranquil with none of the males speaking a word to each other. though, jimin kept glancing at the passenger seat occupied by the gloomy boy.

Jungkook was so out of it that he didn't even notice when they entered the majestic gates of a world-class hotel. the blonde even parked the car.

Jimin sighed carefully placing his hand on the younger's shoulder try not to make the boy startled. 

At the touch, the brunette came back to earth from his overthinking lands and looked back at already staring jimin.

"Don't think too much, jungkook. As much as I know Taehyung, he might be a devil but he doesn't have the heart to hurt you. I know he will forgive you just be careful with your words." The golden-haired male delivered a few encouraging back pats to the lost-looking boy who barley nodded in response.

The duo left the car and used a private VIP elevator to reach the suites on the top floor of the building.

To say jungkook was frightened would be an understatement. The boy was visibly sweating buckets and the way his throat drys out at each passing floor of elevator made him feel like collapsing before they can even reach the highest floor.

"Cool down. You need to be in the right state of mind when you apologize. He's your lover, not a grim reaper who's gonna steal your soul alright? I take guarantee of your safety." Jimin have provided the younger a pep talk as the boy looked like he would faint any moment from the fear.

Taehyung might be his lover but that doesn't mean he is harmless. The things jungkook said to him and left him afterward in such a fragile state was the worse someone can do to their pregnant lover. 

And he knows he has to pay for his words and deeds. 

Jungkook took a deep breath preparing himself for the worst. He knew taehyung might not forgive him today maybe his death was written in his lover's hand but he can't live with the heaving guilt anymore. It's heavier than the fear of death.

The boy leaves everything in the hands of fate and both figures exited the elevator now walking in the empty elegant corridor, the same corridor from where the brunette has walked out a day before when his lover was crying out for him.

The memories made the younger's eyes fill with tears but he maintained himself and entered the suite.

As soon as the doors open, jimin walked in first followed by timid jungkook.

Jungkook's sights land upon the red-haired figure seating on the stull of the indoor bar of the suite with a glass of red wine in his hand, wearing only an oversized plain white shirt that barely reached his thighs. Jungkook saw his lover's eyes twitch and turn darker with jaw clenching tightly when it locked with his puppy doe ones.

Jimin has to give a light push to the younger signing him to go near the god of death himself who looks like he will kill the brunette just from his sharp eyes.

Brown-haired gradually began to approach the glaring figure of his lover taking one step at a time.

Suddenly, jungkook's gaze trailed to taehyung's belly and all the fear he has been feeling vanished in the midst air of the room. How can he have the heart to disown his own flesh? The most innocent little life that hasn't even been born yet? He was the biggest asshole to reject his lover carrying his happiness in his belly. Taehyung just wanted to give them a family. What's wrong with that? 

The man has been through a lot and just wished for a little happiness from jungkook but he has to be a complete jerk and ruin everything in the heat of the moment when his lover was genuinely trying to protect their baby and upcoming future.

Jungkook's visions crammed with remorse as he stood only one step away from glaring taehyung who was boring holes in Jungkook's head with his fire-blazing orbs. Brunette couldn't stop his tears as few of them escaped from his sparkling brown eyes.

"T-tae, I-i am so-" 

His words got stuck in his throat when taehyung pulled out the gun placed on the bar stand which jungkook failed to notice and in a split seconds, the gun was placed right between the weeping boy's eyebrows who visibly choked on his cry.

Taehyung's eyes were entirely dark and devoid of life as if jungkook was staring into empty nothingness, it is as if the abyss itself is staring back at him. he wasn't looking like himself anymore. The one aiming the nook of the gun at jungkook's forehead wasn't his lover... but the sovereign of the underworld. The one and only Kim taehyung. The one whose name is enough to make people shiver and wet their pants.

But the boy understood he deserves this. He deserves the hated eyes his lover was giving him. He deserves it for breaking the heart of someone who loved him so dearly and madly. Taehyung might be a psychopath serial killer in other people's eyes but he never treated jungkook badly even during his abduction time. He was always been soft and gentle with jungkook because he loved the boy with his whole being. He might be a lunatic but for jungkook, he's tried his best to be normal.

And what jungkook gave him in return for his eternal love? Rejection and pain, leaving him all cold in the same darkness he has been trying to pull the older out of?

Now he can see those monsters of dark dancing in taehyung's void orbs, telling him to just pull the trigger and end the misery of heartbreak, to just kill the betrayer of his heart.

Jungkook unexpectedly held the muzzle of the gun and lowered it to his chest level placing the aim straight at his heart with pouring heart.

"I-it's okay... D-do it." Jungkook voiced in a broken tones with a weak smile and taehyung's void eyes widened a little as if he gained his control back.

Jimin was panicking behind and set himself in an active position. He only came with jungkook because he was worried for the boy's safety. He has seen how taehyung's many lovers have ended up but jungkook was different. The boy has managed to bring an old smile and lost happiness to taehyung and by any means, jimin won't let taehyung do anything which his soulmate' will grieve for his entire life. 

The click of a safety being pulled off rings in the quietude of the room followed by jimin's loud yell.

"No! Taehyung! Don't do anything you'll regret for the rest of your life." 

Red-haired's finger latched on the trigger as his soulmate kept screaming behind when jungkook halted jimin's yells from showing his palm all while possessing teary eye contact with his lover's charcoal ones.

Jimin fell silent and felt his heart almost in his throat when he saw Taehyung's finger playing with the trigger. Gosh, his shorty soulmate's gonna die of a heart attack before jungkook can die with this intense situation.

Younger felt the metal pressing hard against his racing heart but he couldn't take his eyes off his lover's stern gaze.

Brunette saw a tears gathering in taehyung's twilight spheres before his hard gaze shattered, his shoulders sagging down leaving his grip loosen around the weapon.

The gun fell on the sparkling floor with a loud noise followed by a loud sob of taehyung who broke into tears with his hands gripping jungkook's shirt.

Taehyung let his head fall on the dazed brunette's chest wailing like a child as his whole body vibrated with his heart wrenching cries.

Jimin also had tears in his eyes watching his soulmate break down in front of him. He has seen the immense love in taehyung's eyes for jungkook, his soulmate doesn't have the courage to kill his lover and father of his child because of a mere misunderstanding. 

The blonde smiled wiping away his tears and vacated the room giving the couple their space as now he can confirm jungkook's safety.

"Y-you muscle pig big d*ck bunny! How dare you leave me!!!" Taehyung cussed shaking jungkook by his collar who came out of his daze and wrapped his muscular arms around his sobbing lover and beamed at his cute jinxes/ compliment?

"I am sorry, baby... I promise I won't leave you ever again!" Younger cried and grinned at the same time while cupping his lover's face and wiping his tears away.

Taehyung's hands loosen the grasp on the younger's shirt and wrapped around the brunette's neck.

"I will kill you for real next time, if you dared to leave me again!" Red-haired terrorized with a fierce stare and despite the bruising grip around his neck, jungkook grinned kissing taehyung's forehead.

"Sure, babe." 

The couple keeps embracing each other for a straight hour with taehyung sniffing and jungkook comforting him here and there. 

Once they pulled apart, taehyung set the gun back under the bar stands and attempted to fill his empty glass of whiskey when a veiny hand halted him from taking the liquor bottle.

Red-haired glanced at his lover with furrowed brows as jungkook just shook his head and later have to put down the bottle.

Next, he pull out a packet of cigarettes but jungkook threw it in the bin next to the bar making taehyung whine in frustration. The man needed something to clear his head but his bunny lover is being stubborn.

"It's not good for the baby, darling. Please don't drink or smoke." Jungkook connected their foreheads and taehyung could only sigh.

The baby is really something he doesn't even let taehyung do his favorite things like killing.

They doesn't like the smell of blood, now he can't even drink or smoke. 

"Fine. I won't. I bet they must be taking after you since they don't like blood, drinks and stuff." The bunny boy chuckled at his boyfriend's pouty complaints caressing his lover's belly with gentle circles.

"Isn't it good?" 

"Yeah, I'll have two bunnies to handle and take care of." Taehyung lets out earning the infamous smile of jungkook before the boy crouch down to match the level of Taehyung's teeny tiny bump.

"hey little one. This is daddy. I'm sorry for leaving your appa and you alone like that. Dad promise that he won't leave you ever again. Come out soon, I can't wait to hold you in my arms my baby bear." Jungkook baby talked with the bump and Taehyung couldn't stop cooing and grinning.

They cuddled whole day clearing all the misunderstandings between them and it felt good to let it out. 

When nails grow long, we cut nails not fingers. Similarly, when misunderstanding grows up in the relationship, cut the ego...not your relationship. 

If taehyung hadn't accepted jungkook's apology then so many things could have gone wrong but as much as taehyung exists as psycho, his love for jungkook is genuine and he never wants to lose him.

On the other hand, jungkook reflected on his mistakes and instead of feeding his brain reasons and excuses not to apologize he choose to reflect over his own words and deed. 

This is what makes any relationship between two people strong. No matter how much odd your relationship is for everyone never let a situation ruin your unconditional love.

For the world, taehyung and Jungkook's love might be peculiar but what they feel for each other is no different than the ordinary couple's feelings in a normal relationship.

Just because they met and catch feelings on the bad terms and time, doesn't mean their love was wrong. 

"I love you, jungkook. I love you so much. I think... I will never be able to let you go." Taehyung murmured with his face buried deep between the younger's buff chest.

"Hmm really? How much do you love me?" Jungkook was tossing the similar question taehyung had once asked and it made the red-haired let out a soft giggle before the male lift his face up to meet his ebony orbs warm brown staring back at him.

"I'll love you til' you call the cops on me." Taehyung quoted making his lover laugh.

"Oh, I almost did." 

Both burst in series of laughter at their silliness and soon taehyung was fallen into the warm Dreamland of his lover's hands.

Jungkook kisses the freshly dyed red locks admiring the abnormal color suiting so well on taehyung. Well, not everyone can pull off red hair like kim taehyung.
