Everything is going well now
Tikki's pov
I sat on the edge of my bed (besides Adaiire's). Everyone was chatting and usual as this was the last 5 minutes we had some freedom before Master and Mistress would come in, making sure all of us was sleep 5 minutes later (10:10 pm). But if you're up....2 lashes. "Huffff..." I sigh, rubbing my sore feet. I saw Adaiire walking fast to me, as her feet were hitting the floor hard. "Adaiire? What's wrong? You look angry?" I ask as Wayzz, Trixx, Nooroo, Duusu, and Daiisy noticed. She was in tears. "Tikki can we switch beds tonight? Please..." she stutters slightly.
"Sure" I say without question. I scooted over into her bed and she went into mine, facing me. "Trixx what's going on?" I ask her knowing she could have some type of info. She's the fox that gets all of the gossip, basically The Newspaper of Le Malin residence! "I have no idea, besides the fact that-" she and the rest of the gang looked over at Chat Noir walking fast towards his bed, and flopped into it turning into the black cat he is and curled up, back facing us. We looked back at each other nodding that something must've happened between Adaiire and Chat Noir. "We should ask them tomorrow, its 10:07" Wayzz suggests. We all agreed and said our good-nights to each other, and went to bed.
I climbed into my bed, unhooked my belt, and placed it under my pillow. Sleeping in a 50's style dress is hard to sleep in ya know? But I got used to it over the years. I couldn't take it off since this was the only thing my kawami gave me, and nothing was under it except some ladybug underwear (._.). I pulled the thin blanket over me and nuzzled in, getting comfy. I looked over at Chat, who was still in his cat form, sleeping....at least I think.
Adaiire tries to talk to Chat... ignore.
Adaiire tries to catch Chat for a minute before they all left for lunch...ignore.
Adaiire's ears were drooped in sadness all day that day, Chat's tail swishes back and forth in anger but yet his ears are drooped as well but still....ignore.
Mayleika is smiling for no reason (maybe??).
Mayleika is unusually happy which is unusual to everyone else, they assume its a chipmunk thing.
It's sunset, everyone noticed that Chat is thinking about something...he wouldn't eat his lunch, he gave it to someone else instead.....ignore.
Trixx notices that Chat wasn't buzzing her off from her usual flirts, she knows something is wrong....ignore.
Chat hasn't said a word all that day....he feels guilty about last night but angry at the same time....
Chat and everyone else goes to bed that night....
The same routine of Chat's silence went on for a week... Even his friends tried to make him talk.
The funniest of the funny could not make him laugh....
But the next week...
Mayleika pov
"Hey there Chat, you gotta talk now! I mean....you gotta move on! Thinking about that 'Snowflake' of yours isn't going to make anything better, don't you see its affecting you and everyone else here? I mean you are like, the most popular guy here..." I explain. "..." silence was all there was from him as he kept standing there, elbows against the window sill of the open window of one of the guest rooms we were ordered to clean. "Chat I'm agreeing with everyone else, you never let others get to you like this...but I'll stop talking, you won't talk back anyway" I stood in the same position beside him, I looked down at the other miraculouses working in the huge garden, or the huge orchard, but mainly at Chat's golden locks of hair gently dancing in the wind or the bangs brushing against his eyelids from the warm breeze-he looks flawless without trying to. He looked down at the ground, the vivid and bright flowers dancing for their time to shine.
It was very unusual for Chat to let someone-a girl get to his....wait....did he like Adaiire? Was that why he spent more time with her, why he blushes around her, is that why? "Mayleika....you have a point" he sighs I looked at him shocked, he actually said something!! AND I HEARD HIS BEAUTIFUL VOICE FIRST!! YESSS!! "Y-You spoke?! Finally!" I gain my composure quickly. "I-I should move on..." "I know you didn't write the note and plus you would have signed it as always with your signature-" I caught myself a bit too late. UGH! I SPILLED IT! "What?" "What?" "Mayleika what did you say?" he turned to me with a raised eyebrow. "Nothing I said that 'You wouldn't be the type of person to do something like that! (^^ゞ" "No! You lied! You did this so....its jealousy right? I get it." "Chat its not what you-" "GET THE DUCK OUT!" "But-" I stopped as he gave me a death stare. "This isn't the last of me! I won't let anyone get in my way even if I have to kill them!" I storm out. Adaiire, I'll be waiting for you.
Chat pov
I slam the door behind her. I just want some peace for once. I feel so stupid right now. I worked in silence, usual. That's it I need to-Adrien! Adrieeennnnnn!!! "Plagg?! How'd you- what-"I heard my kawami talk to me. You haven't ate in a week dude!!! I need to visit my sweet Camembert!!"But, I'm not hungry!" talking about hunger, I wasn't hungry...I actually haven't had a appetite since last week. Mayleika was right, I never let anyone get to me like that-You know what happens when your kawami has poor nutrition right?! I'm with you forever! I die, you die as well! So gimme sum Camembert!!
"I'm sorry Plagg...its just that-" I know, the 'I feel guilty about Adaiire' thing yeah I know. "How did you know?!" I can read your thoughts ya know!...I want Camembert! "Plagg! You're not helping!" Listen she's bugging you! You and her need to get facts straight before she drives you insane! And I'm not getting a good feeling about that chipmunk girl- "UGH! PLAGG YOU ARE-wait that does make sense...." Yeah like I thought!
"Just hang on until lunch!" I don't think I can make it Chat! I don't feel good...
That night...
Adaiire pov
I chased my tail in my snow leopard form. I stopped, hearing a noise. I transformed into my normal form, and looked around... nothing. Faster than a blink I was tackled. Both of us tumbled down a hill and I tried to fight back, but the body was very heavy. My mouth was muffled by a hand. My screams were muffled, I let out a low growl. I morphed into a snow leopard and pounced the person and turned back quickly. "Chat?!" I yell but lower my voice. "Adaiire, just listen! Please!" " NO! Not after what you have done!" "Adaiire the photo is fake!" "Just about when I finally have my moment of peace and you are here to bother me! GO AWAY!!" I attempt to get up but tackled again; there was a hand battle between us, instead of tug-of-war it was pushing- each-others- hands!
"Adaiire you gotta believe me! I didn't do it! I understand you don't like being here! You're not the only one to feel the same way. This place is driving me insane and I just want to go back! I was caught the same way you was!" "That story of yours is not fazing me!" I push my hardest to get the crazy cat man away from me, well off of me. "Please just let me explain!" I eased, slightly.
Chat pov
"Fine you have one minute before I freeze you to death!(⋋▂⋌)" I took a deep breath. "Adaiire, that photo did belong to me yes but, I always add my signature to my handwriting! (which is initials: CN) I was trying to tell you but..." the words wouldn't come out, that was the hardest lump in my throat that I've ever felt. She had a small hint of sympathy on her face. Her grip slightly loosened. "Mayleika tricked you, yeah a few girls like me, so what? But Mayleika is like...almost insane! She went that far just to keep you away from me! She doesn't like us being close!" I got up and helped Adaiire up as well.(ADAIIRE CAN'T YOU TAKE THE DUCKING HINT?! >.<)
"I'm sorry about what happened the other night, I shouldn't have talked to you like that... its just that-" "Chat its alright....I should be the one who's sorry.." she looks to the side. I saw something glimmering roll down her face. "A-Adaiire?" I ask as I gently lifted her face to look at mine, her eyes were sparkling like diamonds and leaked endless tears, too many to count. She immediately hugged me tightly. "I shouldn't have done you like that! I'm sorry! I can't believe I...I-she's going to get it definitely!" "Adaiire, don't waste your time on her, she did many others like that" I caresses her gently, feeling her braids slip between my fingers. "Sorry *sniff*, its just that... this is a lot of deja vu ya know?" I didn't know how or why but, my lips met her forehead, I stopped and looked back at her blushing face, she looks so cute when she blushes. "I-I think it's time to go to bed" she scratches the back of her neck. I check the time: 10:01. I look back at her and nod, smiling slightly. She opened her arms and I gave her a confused look, "Kitty come on! How else you gonna get through the window?!" she places her hand on her hips....those hips are calling for my hands.
