Such Annoyance
I wake up the next day and go through my normal morning routine. All except for the fact that I know that after school, I have to clean toilet paper off the house. I walk outside and shove my ear buds into my ears. The song that plays is Titanium, but at this point, I could really care less. Just as long as it blocks out the world. When I get to school and into homeroom, I notice a girl and boy at the back of the classroom snickering and pointing at me. I take out my earbuds and walk up to them. Normally, I would let it slide, but I am so freaking mad at life right now. "What?" I snap, stopping in front of the pair. "Oh, nothing." The boy says, trying to contain a laugh. "I said WHAT!" I nearly shout. The girl raises an eyebrow and says, "you can't talk to him that way."
"Oh yes I can." I growl, so angry that I feel like I'm going to explode. "Uh, no. You can't." She snaps back. "Listen, if anyone has no right to talk to anyone that way it's you, you don't know what I've gone through to make me so freaking angry so shut up!" I say. "You think we don't know? How was 3 am for you?" She says sassily. "WHY YOU!----" I start, taking a step towards the pair but am stopped by someone holding onto my arm. "What's going on here?" A voice I immediately recognize as Aiden's says from behind me. "Oh, this little f**(AN I refuse to type the word, I would never say it in real life, but I wanna make this chick sound mean.) thinks she's better than us." The girl says arrogantly. "Ok, you listen, this is my best friend, I know for a fact that she dosnt think that, but she is better than both of you. Why? Because anyone who just decides to pick on someone for no apparent reason is the lowest of the low in my opinion. So f**k off." Aiden says. "Uh, what" the boy standing next to the girl asks. "They freaking teepeed my house ." I growl. "You did what?" Aiden says, letting go of my arm. "Uh, nothing." The boy says, covering the girl's mouth before she got a chance to talk. "That's what I thought." Aiden says before walking to his seat. I turn on my heel and do the same. After a bit the rest of the class walks in. Peach, Link, and Rock take their usual seats which just happen to be by me and Aiden. "Hey, you okay?" Peach asks. "Yeah, you look angry." Link comments. "My freaking house got teepeed at three am." I say . "That sucks." Rock says. I nearly start laughing. My friends amaze me sometimes, how they can just react so calmly to some things. "I could like, burn some of it off for you, I couldn't guarantee the safety if your house, but I could." Rock says with a smirk. "You're hilarious." I say flatly, but with a smile. "I'll come over after school and help you clean it up." Peach says. The rest of them agree to the clean up "party" and that makes me feel a lot better. At the beginning of this year I sorta expected to blend in and be a nobody like I always have, but, that's not happening, and I like it this way. Up until high school, I was a nobody. I had no real friends and the "friends" I had just turned on me later. And to think, now my friends are names everyone here knows. I know I sound stupid and preppy, but I think it's just funny how things have worked. "So, dance?" Peach asks. "OH MY GOD STOP!" Link shouts, surprising everybody. "Wha?" Peach asks. "STOP WITH THE DAMN DANCE QUESTIONS! EVERY SINGLE DAY ITS "HAVE YOU BEEN ASKED HAVE YOU BEEN ASKED" AND ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!" He shouts. "But... You're like the gossip master!" Peach squeals in confusion. "BUT I DONT REPEAT THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER!" Link shouts. Peach stays silent and Link huffs in victory. "Woah..." I say quietly. We all stay awkwardly silent until the bell rings and it's time to change classes.
