Anyways the example I'll be using today would be the cover of this book:

Step 1
Load your template on PicsArt.

After that, go to the 'Draw' option and make two rectangles a darker shade than the colour you choose as your background.

They will serve as your border.

Step 2
Add your pngs.

Once you're done (this is optional), got to 'Draw' once again and add the double outline.

Step 3
Go to Phonto and add your title and watermark.

Fonts used:
"Meraki": GlossAndBloom
"graphic shop and tutorials" and "Pink_buds": Oh Navy

Step 4
Go back to PicsArt and add a filter to make everything come together (this is optional too)

Filter used: Cinerama
