Riddhant's Pov.

"Riddhant. Where is Aditi?" Aaradhya's voice stopped me from swirling.

I started looking around to find her missing.

"Riddhant. Aditi?" She was on the verge of crying.

I cupped her face.

"She'll be alright. Let's see." I pulled her out.

"Check whether she's in the restroom." I told her.

She nodded and went inside while I started searching her elsewhere.

Aaradhya ran towards me.

"She isn't there..."  Her voice croaked and she started sniveling.

"Don't worry, we'll find her." I comforted her.

I quickly took out my cell phone and called him.

"Hello sir." I heard his voice.

"Hey Chirag. Could you please come near the temple? We have a problem." I asked him.

"Yes Slsir. I'll be there in a minute."

I disconnected the call.
Aaradhya looked flabbergasted.

Chirag came within a minute as he had said.

"Chirag actually, can I have an access to the cctv room? It's an emergency." I asked him and he nodded, understanding the situation.

I turned to Aaradhya who was crying hysterically.

"Blossom, please wait here and keep your phone with you." I told her.

She bobbed her head with teary eyes.

Without wasting any time, Chirag and I rushed to the control room.

We started scanning the footages.

I scrutinized the scene, where Aditi was dancing with us but suddenly a hand pulled her out and she disappeared from the frames.

"Stop, Replay!" I ordered him.

He replayed the scene again.

A person was literally dragging Aditi covering her mouth to a secluded place.

"Do you know this place?" I inquired.

"Yes. let's go." He said and stormed outside while I followed him.

We came out and reached the other side of the ground but couldn't find Aditi.
It was already dark and I started panicking more.
As we were searching, I spotted a earing lying near the huge tree.
I picked it up.

It was the same earing which Aaradhya had purchased from colaba street in Mumbai.

"Chirag.." He strolled to me when I called him.

"Sir." I turned to face Chirag who was pointing towards the small rowhouse behind the tree.

We instantly dashed in to see a boy inappropriately forcing Aditi and she was trying hard to resist him.

I grabbed his collar and tugged him away from her.
I kicked him and started punching his face. He was struggling to get out of my hold but that also didn't seem an easy task for him as I was simmering like boiling water.

"How dare you? for laying your filthy hands on my sister." I fumed in anger.

Blood oozed out from his mouth and he fell unconscious.

Chirag called the cops and they took him with them.

Aditi was weeping while holding her arms.
Her top was ripped off from her shoulders and abdomen.

There were bruises on her arms and a slight cut near her lower lip.

"That bastard." I mentally cursed him.

She was nearly raped by him.

Chirag handed me a shawl and I covered her with it and took her out.

Aaradhya was pacing around but ran towards us when she spotted us, heading in her direction.

She hugged Aditi and both started sobbing.

I let out a sigh of satisfaction.

"Sir, Is she okay?" Chirag asked me once the cops had left with that creep.

"Hmm. Thank you Chirag for helping me." I thanked him extending my hand.

"It's my duty boss. Don't thank me and ma'am, sorry for the inconvenience caused despite of the security." He turned towards Aaradhya who was clutching Aditi in her arms.

"Aaradhya, This is Chirag Mathur. He's an intern in my company and is assisting his sister in organizing this event. He gave me the pass for today's show." I introduced him.

He handed a bottle of water to Aditi and she gulped it quickly.

Both the girls displayed a weak smile and Aditi murmured a small thanks to him.

He smiled at her and left.

"Riddhant, We can't go home like this. Maa and Dad will get worried if they find out." Aaradhya whispered with trepidation.

"So let me take you both to my place and I'll call and make an excuse to Dhiraj uncle." I spoke.

"What if Dad doesn't agree?" She raised her eyebrows.

"Don't worry, I'll convince him." I assured her and she nodded, hugging her sister.

I called him and it was indeed really tough for me as he was reluctant but eventually I succeeded.

"How will we explain your parents?" Aaradhya questioned once we were in the car as she was seating at back seat with Aditi's head lying on her lap.

"We are not going to my parent's place. I am driving towards my penthouse". I said

"Penthouse?" she gasped in astonishment.

"Yeah, A place where I spent some time when I don't wish to be at home." I explained.

She nodded being bemused.

We reached and took Aditi to the room. My penthouse is not lavished like the mansion but I like this place a lot. It's a small hangout place.

"Thank you Riddhant for saving my sister." Aaradhya said tiredly.

"Our sister." I corrected her.
Aditi smiled at me with tears still in her eyes.

"Beside don't thank me. I would've never forgiven myself if anything would had happened to her. It's all my fault....". I started rambling but Aditi interrupted in between.

"Please don't blame yourself brother. Actually Sanjay, he was my classmate. Last year, he tried to blackmail my best friend but I saved her on time  and complained to our principal against him... He was expelled from the college... and today he wanted to avenge. It's all my fault, I shouldn't have taken his threats lightly." She narrated and choked.

"If you weren't there brother then he would had done something terrible." She added.

Aaradhya soothed her back and consoled her.
"Stop the blame game both of you. We all are fine. Aren't we?" Aaradhya snapped.

"I'm proud of you Aditi, you stood up for the right thing and don't worry about that scoundrel. I'll make sure, he'll rot behind the bars." I enlivened her.

She smiled, wiping her cheeks.

I gave my t-shirts to them and handed the first aid box to Aaradhya and came out.

Today for the first time. Aditi considered me as her brother like she truly meant it.

I felt a sense of pride in me as I really craved for a sister and finally I got one.
