Goose's Thoughts:

It's a new week and we are diving into a fantasy story full of twists, turns, and unexpected men! 

What I loved about this story is how simple a lot of it seems at first but just how quickly it falls into the fantasy elements that make this story unique. Just the addition of the lark bringing magical gifts to Miriam makes for a real interesting detour from our world and leads us slowly into the fantasy world Kristina is creating.

Kristina's writing style throughout this story is excellent and I cannot speak highly of her descriptions. Every chapter comes with a new description that is somehow better than the last and it really helps to bring the fantasy to life and off the page. There is just so much detail in the fantasy world that makes it feel real and it all culminates into a fantastic new world.

If the idea of soulmates is something that interests you, this is a story I would recommend as we see Miriam meet and bound with her soulmate from another world, Jonatham. I'm not in a position to say whether it works or not since it's not a troupe I like or know a lot about. Still, there is a lot of detail involved in the entire process between Jonatham and Miriam.

This is such a good story that I would recommend for the description alone. Definitely go and check this one out if you have the time!
