"Luhan."

Sehun called out to his roommate, expecting an immediate response. Frowning, he inched closer to the edge of his bed and hung his head over it, looking at the older one underneath him on the bottom bunk. His eyes were fixated on the thick textbook, moving left to right quickly. Sehun let out a deep sigh.

"Luuuuuuuuhaaan."

The older roommate was still concentrated on his textbook and Sehun got annoyed. He twitched and had to restrain himself by grabbing his blankets to not jump down and take the textbook from him.

"Luhan!"

"For fuck's sake, what?" Luhan snapped and Sehun let out a silly grin. Luhan's cheeks were tinted pink and his eyebrows were furrowed together.

"Are you busy?"

"I was until you started annoying me," Luhan grumbled, sitting up and fixing the hat on his head. "What do you want?"

"I want us to go out and eat," Sehun suggested. "You've been caved in this room for two days straight."

"Our biggest exam is coming up in a few days and you want me to put down my studying because you want me to get out of this room?" Luhan said flatly. Sehun nodded and he shook his head. "What if I say no?"

"Then I'll take you out by force."

"You know I can still kick your ass even though you're taller than me, right?"

Sehun frowned, "You act like a five year old girl when she encounters a bug when you see a bug yourself. What makes you think you can beat me up? I can sit on you."

"I do not act like a little girl when I see a bug," Luhan denied, crossing his arms. His ears turned red and Sehun chuckled. His irritated face always makes his day. The younger man hopped off his bed, launching himself onto Luhan's bed. Luhan groaned when Sehun landed on him, breathing in his relaxing cologne.

"You look like a little girl, so it all works out in the end," Sehun teased, poking Luhan's nose. Luhan opened his mouth to argue, but Sehun cut him off. "But come on. It's not healthy to constantly study and cram information into your head. Just cool off a little okay? Let's go out, just this once."

Luhan didn't reply immediately and Sehun was growing timid as he waited for his answer. He was begging that he'll say yes because he and Luhan barely had time together with all the studying and Luhan having to make late-night soccer practices. When Sehun needs to let off some steam, he occasionally dances or does karaoke with Jongin, Yixing, and Zitao but he can't get his mind off Luhan.

Honestly, Sehun can't help but worry more about Luhan rather than him wanting every centimeter of his glorious body. The poor guy is either running five miles every day or stuck in this bedroom without even eating.

"Okay."

Sehun was caught off guard with Luhan's sudden answer, "Wait, what?"

"Let's go eat," Luhan pushed Sehun off him, "As long as you're paying."

Sehun couldn't hide the smile that threatened to form. He stood up from Luhan's bed and quickly retrieved his wallet and cell phone, slipping on his shoes at the same time. Both of them shrugged on their sweaters and fixed their hats, Luhan being the first out the door as he kicked on his shoes. Sehun followed him, locking the door behind him.

"What did you have in mind to eat?" Luhan asked as they walked down the hallway together, their footsteps bouncing off the walls and echoing eerily down.

"I was thinking of makchang and/or gobchang," Sehun suggested. "If you're not fit to stomach those because of soccer, we could possibly go eat samgyeopsal, bulgogi, or shabu-shabu?"

Luhan didn't hesitate to answer, "Let's go eat makchang and gobchang. I haven't had those in years."

Excitement bubbled within them. They headed to Sehun's car in the student parking at the other side of the school, ignoring the bitter cold in the night air. Sehun frowned as he forgot where he parked, but he eventually saw it as they walked around the parking lot. Getting inside, he rubbed his hands together once he ignited the engine.

"Do you mind if I get gas first?" Sehun asked and Luhan shook his head. Buckling their seatbelts, Sehun backed out carefully and began driving to the nearby gas station a few blocks down. It took about five minutes for him to fill up his almost empty tank and pay before he took off towards the restaurant he was sure Luhan would enjoy.

He listened intensely to Luhan singing along to the radio, not even bothering to start up a conversation with them. Luhan knows for fact he is an outstanding singer and doesn't mind showing it off wherever he goes. A pang of jealousy hit Sehun but he pushed it aside. There's nothing to be jealous about-

Just kidding; what isn't there to be jealous about Luhan? It's exactly why Sehun fell in love with him in the first place.

They reached the restaurant in about fifteen minutes, the hunger in their stomachs growing more immensely the closer they got to it. It took them literally fifteen seconds to get out of the car, inside the restaurant and be seated, telling the waitress what they would like to drink as they looked down at the menu.

"It takes about an hour for makchang and gobchang to grill, so how about we order some rice and soup to calm down our hunger pangs?" Sehun asked.

"That sounds just fine," Luhan nodded, agreeing to it.

The waitress came back with their drinks, writing down their order. Having nothing else to talk about as they waited for their food, they began talking about their exams for college. Luhan explained how for his anatomy exam how he's having a terrible time remembering all the muscles and bones along with the force required to fracture, sprain, and break a bone. Sehun inquired about how that is somewhat related to his Physics exam, and how force is related to Anatomy whatsoever. Luhan shrugged, not having an answer to that because he's just doing whatever the instructor instructed.

The waitress eventually returned, placing their food around the heating grill in front of them. Once the food appeared in front of them, they halted their conversation in a snap and began grilling the meat, Sehun serving them the soup and rice as they waited for the meat to grill. The minutes flew on by as Sehun watched Luhan expertly chop the meat into tiny bits and flip them, indicating that they're almost entirely cooked.

He watched Luhan pick up a piece, blowing on it gently. Sehun swallowed, his eyes staring intently at Luhan's pink lips. They were just teasing him, playing with him, telling him to kiss them-

Then he saw that Luhan opened his mouth and welcoming the meat, chewing it slowly. His eyes slid up Luhan's face, satisfied to see that his eyes lit up. He reached forward, picking up one of them and blowing on it, popping it into his mouth as well. The flavor exploded on his tongue and drool nearly escaped his mouth.

There was a whistling sound beside Sehun and he turned to see three other guys that he saw around school standing there, one of them actually in one of his classes. Of course he didn't know their names because they didn't strike up any importance for him to know who they are, but their eyes weren't on Sehun. They were on Luhan.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't our precious Luhan," the middle one smirked. He had tan skin and wore his hat backwards, eyes narrowed in amusement. "I didn't know you actually come out of closet for once."

"Now that you've said it, Youngbae, it is surprising," the tallest of them agreed.

Sehun turned to Luhan, the surprise chain contagious. Luhan's face was twisted with annoyance and...horror? "Who are these guys, Lu?"

"The infamous Oh Sehun doesn't know who we are?" Sehun turned to them again, shock spread across their faces.

"Obviously," he coolly said. "And I don't recall me every doing something unworthy that I am considered 'infamous'."

"Whatever," the middle one chuckled. "Introductions aside, we're Luhan's awesome soccer teammates. How rude of him to not welcome us, but I can guess why he's so pouty right now."

"He's on a date, ladies and gents," one of the others announced at a normal tone, waving his arms. "And who have figured it was with Oh Sehun?!"

"We're not a date-"

"Of course you are," the middle one cut Sehun off. "Who else would Luhan go out with? I thought everyone knew this chump right here is gay."

The others chuckled as Sehun's jaw dropped. "Oh, wait, you didn't know Sehun? Whoops, sorry-"

"I'm not gay," Luhan sharply said next to Sehun, sending shivers down Sehun's spine. He's never heard Luhan talk this coldly before.

"Yes you are-"

"No. I. Am. Not." Luhan separated each word. "I'll never date or fall in love with a guy, and I am damn sure I will never date Sehun."

Those words shattered Sehun's heart. He swallowed the lump in his throat painfully and felt the tears threaten to fall. Sehun clenched his fists and took a deep breath. His emotions were hitting rock bottom but he knew for a fact that he wouldn't let them show. He's the King of the poker face.

"If I may ask politely, if you three may please leave us alone. We're eating dinner and it was rude for you two to come up unexpectedly," ice dripped off Sehun's words and all three of them flinched. "Now."

"S-sorry," all three of them were taken aback by his sudden coldness, so they bowed and hurried away, taking their seats in another seat. Sehun exhaled deeply, blinking away the tears that threatened to fall.

"S-Sehun, I-"

"Let's just finish eating dinner and head back home, okay?" Sehun cut him off in the same tone he talked to Luhan's teammates. He caught the hurt that flashes across Luhan's face but did nothing to reassure them. They continued and finished off the meal in uncomfortable silence, leaving the booth and Sehun paying the bill. They were still quiet once they entered the car, guilt washing through Luhan as he drove in silence.

"Sehun, let me-"

"There's nothing to apologize for," Sehun cut him off again. "You just admitted the truth."

"But please, I need to-"

"Luhan," Sehun breathed, his tone warming up. "Its fine, I'm fine."

But I'm not fine, Luhan screamed in his head. In all honesty, he wanted to cry right now. He watched the lights blur as Sehun drove back to the school, eventually slowing down as he reached the student parking lot and parking in the same spot as they left in. Once Sehun turned off the engine, he made haste to get out the car and head back to their dorm. Luhan caught up easily, stretching his arms and wrapping them around Sehun's waist from behind.

"Damn it, Oh Sehun, let me explain. Let me fucking explain."

Tears streamed down Luhan's face, burning his cheeks with the cold. "I lied to them."

"You don't have to sugar coat anything to receive my forgiveness-"

"I'm not sugar-coating anything or lying, Sehun!" Luhan cried, grabbing a fistful of Sehun's shirt, feeling the rolls of his abs underneath the fabric. "I would never lie to you."

Luhan didn't wait for Sehun to reply, "I-I've always known about your feelings for me. I've known about them for the past two years. I've noticed the way you look at me. I've noticed about how all the girls you slept with meant nothing to you. There's nothing to hide, because I feel the same way."

"I've always been in denial, because I didn't want to lose this friendship we've had for so many years because of this feeling," Luhan buried his face into Sehun's back, feeling Sehun's racing heart underneath his hands. "I've been scared that people would turn their backs against us and insult us, or me, or you. I've been scared that if were ever meant to be, that both of us will just be hurt in the end. I can't imagine my life without you, and being just friends would have been enough."

Sehun made Luhan's hold around his waist release and he turned around, looking down at Luhan. Luhan wiped away his tears, refusing to make eye contact as he continued rambling. "I really made you suffer for two years and I would understand if you hate me now, or have no feelings for me anymore. I broke your heart, and I'll feel grateful to have my heart broken with yours."

"Luhan-"

Luhan didn't hear Sehun as he rambled. "I'm a moron, Sehun, and I'm sorry. I'm so, so sor-"

"For fuck's sake, Luhan," Sehun cupped Luhan's chin and tilted it up so they could lock eyes. Sehun's heart clenched at the sight of tears streaming down Luhan's face in this bitter cold. "I listened to you, so it's your turn to listen to me.

Luhan's mouth slightly opened, but he closed it. Sehun waited for a brief moment until he knew it was his opportunity to talk. His heart was beating painfully against his ribcage, but he ignored it. He ignored his meshed up feelings within him and only focused on Luhan.

"I could never, ever hate you Luhan. Even if you stabbed me with a knife, I wouldn't hate you. I would always forgive you," he rubbed a thumb over Luhan's cheek, catching a stray tear. "My feelings for you would never fade away either."

He took a deep breath, only to be cut off by Luhan, "How could you not hate me? I just-"

"How could I hate you?" Sehun chuckled, meeting Luhan's round eyes. "You've always been the person I've envied and my biggest role model in life, but that's what caught my heart. You. Everything about you. I know all your flaws and embraced them. As you said, if you broke my heart, I would have been grateful that it was you who broke my heart because I don't regret my feelings for you at all. But why?"

Luhan was captivated with Sehun's eyes as he asked quietly, "Why?"

"Because..."

Sehun drifted off as he leaned down, capturing Luhan's slightly chapped but soft lips against his. Both could feel sparks ignite in their own worlds, their hearts both rapidly racing painfully but in sync.

"I am entirely in love with you, Luhan. Did you notice that?"

Funny story: I actually broke up with my first boyfriend of 29 months when I wrote that story, so I guess I really poured my feelings out into it. xD

Anyways, thanks for reading this! Did you enjoy it? Is it similar to any other stories because exactly right now, 2014 July 12, it is 0210 in the morning. xD

Thanks! I love you! <3
