"You can run, my friend. But you can't hide. No matter what you try. You won't get out here.", Carlos felt the dark voice, sitting deep in his bones.

He slowly snuck past the next corner when he suddenly felt something cold being pressed against his neck.

"Found you.", he could practically hear the man's grin.

"Do it", Carlos tried to stop himself from shaking. "Kill me."

"Oh, Amigo. You're not getting out of this that easily.", he heard that laugh again before something hit his head and everything went dark.

When he woke up he immediately sat up, or at least he tried to when he felt cold metal around his wrist, holding him onto the bed. No.

No no no no no no.

Not again.

He was out.

He had been out.

This couldn't happen.

"Carlos! Carlos it's okay!", he suddenly felt someone's hand on his shoulder, looking up he saw Rudy, immediately calming down a little when he saw Rudy.

"Rudy...Rudy why am I...", his voice was shaking, still trying to get the handcuffs of his right hand.

"Just...to be safe. You're okay", Rudy reached out to take his free hand. "The psychologist said you were probably in shock and didn't know what you were doing. You tried to kill Alejandro. Do you remember that?"

Carlos immediately tensed up again at Rudy's words.

Alejandro.

"I...I remember."

"Okay...good. We know you didn't mean to and there's no one making any problems so that won't be a big—"

"Of course, I meant to."

Rudy immediately froze. "What?"

"Don't look so surprised. He deserves it! He didn't help me!", Carlos raised his voice a little.

"Help you?"

"Help you? Carlos, he had no idea you were even alive. You were declared death. If he had known then he would have searched the whole planet for you, to safe you.", Rudy's words sounded honest. They did. But Carlos knew the truth.

"I'm not stupid, Rudy."

"What is that supposed to mean?", Rudy looked confused. He genuinely seemed to have no idea. So, Alejandro had been lying to him to then.

"Of course, he knew that I was alive! Of course, he knew where I was! He was right there! I saw him! He saw what they did to me!", a sob escaped him, he tried to hold back but the memories overcame him. The fear, the pain. "He saw what they did, and he did nothing! He left me there to die! He left me wishing that I would die."

Rudy didn't seem to know what to say.

"Because that was happening. I wanted to die. I wanted nothing more. I saw him. And I begged to him. To save me. Or at least to take away the pain. But he did nothing.", he felt his cheeks getting wet, his hand shaking. "He deserves dying. In the worst way possible for what he did to me."

"Carlos. He didn't do anything."

"You're lying."

"Alejandro was here. He...he would never do something like that to you."

Carlos harshly pulled on the handcuffs again, Rudy moving back for a second. "He was there! I saw him! I know what I saw!"

"...I'll find out what really happened to you, okay?", Rudy slowly stood up, walking over to the door. "I'll be back."

"Rudy! I know what happened! It was Alejandro! Just...you can't let him go trough with this!"

And with that Rudy left.

He didn't believe him.

It was Alejandro.

He remembered.

He remembered Alejandro grinning at him while he was screaming.

Alejandro left him. He remembered. He was sure.

He remembered.
