Crazystar's Recommendation: I wanna say just go read it or else because I'm feeling really lazy but A) that would be rude and B) not very specific and C) it wouldn't do the book justice XD
So I know you Jayfeather fans are reading this interview right now(I see you! I'm watching you... wait nvm that's just creepy) but its an awesome book that does a great job capturing Jayfeather's grumpiness and has lots of excitement.

1. What inspired you to write your fanfic?
My Daughter. She inspired me to read Warriors and I loved them. Then she wrote Warriors: Darkness Arrives and said I should write one, too. So I did!
2. When does your fanfic take place?
It takes place about 6 months (or should I say moons) after the final battle with the Dark Forest.
3. What's the number one reason why they should read your story?
Do I have to pick just one? I was initially going to say "Because Jayfeather is awesome!" but I think another good reason would be that I tried to take some of the loose ends that were dangling around the clans and tie them up into a nice little bow.
4. Who is/are the main character(s)?
Jayfeather and a brand new kit in the clan, Icekit.
5. Is it completed?
It is, although I have found the odd grammatical or spelling error or two in it that still disturbs me.
6. What other Warriors stories, if any, have you written?
This was my first .. well .. anything that I have written. For fun at least.
7. Is it part of a series or is there a sequel or something?
It is a stand alone novella with no sequel planned, but that doesn't mean I won't touch upon these cats in any future stories that I may write.
