Lost

Aziraphale was in his bookshop looking at some maps he had recently bought. Everyone told him that his quest was pointless that he should give up, but he knew that he was out there somewhere, he just needed someone to find him and bring him home.

Three men walked into the seemingly normal bookshop, Aziraphale could sense at least one of them was an angel and so he got up from his desk and greeted his visitors.

"Hello there"

"Aziraphale"

"Ah Castiel how are you dear boy?"

"I'm fine these are the..."

"The Winchester brothers, a true pleasure to meet you both, what can I do for you?"

"We're looking for a demon, we were told you were the angel to ask" said Sam

"Does this demon have a name?" asked Aziraphale as he turned towards his maps.

"Crowley" stated Dean

Aziraphale froze on the spot, why would they be looking for Crowley? Aziraphale turned to face the men with a worried look.

"I am looking for him too, I have been for two hundred years"

"Why?" asked Castiel

"Because he's my friend and he's missing" said Aziraphale who walked over to his bookshelf and took out a book on demons, he placed the book in front of the men and opened it to the section about Crowley.

"You are friends with a demon?" questioned Sam who took a look at the book.

"Yes, he went missing about two hundred and twenty years ago, I have been looking for him since"

"You have any theories?" asked Sam

"My first thought was that hell took him but my contact down there says they are just as confused as I am. I used to be able to sense him wherever he was but I haven't felt him since he disappeared" said Aziraphale with a sad look on his face

"You miss him?" questioned Sam

The angel looked up at the Winchester and said "Very much"

"Then we'll just have to find him then won't we?" said Dean with enthusiasm "Where did you last see him?"

"At his manor just outside London, but that was two centuries ago"

"Still there might be something there, lets go"

The two angels and the Winchesters stood before the beautiful and dark manor. They walked in and instantly felt something was off.

"Something here feels weird?" said Castiel

"I agree, it feels...blessed?"

"Blessed, I thought this was a demons house?" asked Dean

"Exactly, some holy man has blessed the ground on which it stands" explained Aziraphale

"Why would someone do that?" asked Sam

"I haven't the faintest idea Samuel"

The four walked around a bit before Aziraphale stumbled upon a portrait of Crowley and became a little emotional.

"Are you okay?" asked Castiel who walked up to the angel.

"I will be when we find him" he replied not taking his eyes off the portrait.

"Guys I found something!" shouted Sam from the kitchen

Dean, Castiel and Aziraphale came running, they found Sam kneeling down looking at something on the floor.

"What is it?"

"Rosary beads" said Sam picking them up.

"You must go" said a voice

"Who's there?" questioned Dean

A ghost appeared behind Sam and scared the men. It was a little girl no older that 12 years old, she was wearing an old night gown that was stained with her blood.

"You have to leave, he'll get you"

"Who will my dear?"

"Him" said the little girl who pointed at the man in the doorway with very large teeth and horns on his head.

Of course a fight ensued between the angels, the Winchesters and the man. Eventually the man was killed and his head was cut off.

The girl reappeared when the man was killed.

"You...killed him, thank you"

"The man who lived here, with the red hair, do you know here he went?" asked Aziraphale

"They took him"

"Who did?"

"The priests, they took him to the church"

"Which church?" asked Sam

"St Agatha's, but that was years ago"

"Thank you my dear" said Aziraphale as he used his angelic powers to free the girl so she could move on.

"Now we know where to look" said Dean

The men walked into St Agatha's and looked around for a priest or a Nun. The church seemed unusually empty, Castiel found a passage down to the basement hidden behind a bookcase, they followed it down and what they saw disturbed them, there were skeletons everywhere, more than ten, all young people and some children.

"I'm gonna be sick" said Sam

They kept walking through until they heard the screams of a man, they walked towards it and came across a room below them, they watched from the balcony, they watched as the priests tortured a man tied to the pillars on either side of him by his wrists, there was also a devils trap drawn on the floor around him.

"Crowley?" questioned Aziraphale

"Who are you?"

The group turned around to see two nuns standing there confused.

Both Sam and Dean raised their guns at them and told them to walk, the nuns led them down to the room.

"Priests of St Agatha's church listen up!" shouted Dean

"Who in gods name are you?" asked one of the men

"Who we are doesn't matter, what you're doing however...."

"It is a demon, a monster"

Those words made Aziraphale angry and he lost it. He extended his wings and began to glow, he was pissed and everyone in the room knew it.

Crowley looked up with all the strength he had and saw his friend.

"Aziraphale?" mumbled Crowley

Both the priests were on their knees apologising whilst Aziraphale stopped his power display and rushed over to Crowley. He knelt before the demon and propped up his head.

"Crowley?"

"Angel, you came?"

"Of course I did, sorry It took me so long, I didn't know where you went"

"I don't care, I...I love you Angel" whispered Crowley

Aziraphale was shocked but said "I...I love you too you wiley serpent, lets get you out of here"

Aziraphale snapped his fingers and the shackles holding up the demon vanished and he fell into Aziraphale's lap.

Aziraphale stood up with Crowley in his arms and walked out with the three men.

They walked back into the bookshop and Aziraphale took Crowley up to the bedroom and placed him on the bed. The demon had fallen asleep peacefully in the Angels arms as they returned to the shop

Aziraphale walked back down to the shop and saw Sam, Dean and Castiel talking.

"He's out cold"

"Will you send me a message when he's up and about, we need to speak to him?" asked Castiel

"I shall and thank you for helping me find him"

"Of course" answered Sam

Sam, Dean and Castiel left the bookshop just seconds before Aziraphale heard screaming coming from the bedroom, he realised it was Crowley and hurried up to the room. He walked in and saw Crowley thrashing about on the bed.

"Crowley!" exclaimed the angel as he rushed over and sat next to him on the bed.

Aziraphale placed two fingers on the demons forehead and used his powers to calm him down and it worked that was until the demon woke up. He was quite startled but seemed to calm when he saw Aziraphale.

"Angel?"

"Hello Crowley" said Aziraphale with tears in his eyes

"Why are you crying?"

"I never thought I'd see you again"

"How long have I been gone?"

"Two hundred and twenty years, four months and six days"

"Woah"

Aziraphale let the tears fall silently. Crowley noticed this and placed his hand on the Angels hand.

"Thank you angel, you saved me"

"I'm sorry it took me so long"

"Hey, don't cry I'll be okay, I have you"

Aziraphale looked at Crowley and smiled through his tears "Always my dear"
