It happened again, folks.

Last we heard of lovely Phryne Touk, a body was found in Major Hill. A mangled, mutilated corpse of an unidentified woman was found after a forest ranger had stumbled upon on her remains.

From the last known news about her is that she's definitely from the city, but still no missing persons case have been set on who she might be, nor has she had any outstanding criminal records, making it harder for police to pinpoint her existence.

This time, without the first body even freezing over in one of Phryne Touk's lonesome, little morgues, a second body is found just outside of the lovely town.

Five kilometers from the town's official state line, a daylight murder has seemingly occured.

You read that right, folks. From official reports, a shotgunned body of a girl was found on the side of the main road, a little past the WELCOME TO PHRYNE TOUK's sign. She was later identified as Sasha Kiurstch, a Hal Langford student of Phryne Touk's only high school.

The girl went missing mid last year, reported by her only living relative, her brother, Aron Kiurstch after she had disappeared from their house the day before.

But if you guys think this is the worst of the explosive news, please take note of how the body was found.

Apart from the bullet that was fired from a Winchester Model 1897 and made a mess on her skinny stomach, the girl was found severely malnourished. Her pale, white skin was found stretched taut and thin across her bones; her hair, pale blonde, was stringy and nearly bald. As if she had been losing hair from quite some time. Her gray blue eyes, haunted and bulged as they were, wide open and bloodshot when she was found, as well as her slackened mouth and blue tongue.

According to police, she was found on the side of the road in an awkward bent from the gun's impact, face first on the asphalt, detailing how she must've ran and walked for a while; her feet, small and twisted with ligature marks on her ankles in support of having been captive for some time by zip ties that flesh had opened into wounds and were infected, bloodied at the balls of her feet.

Police tried to trace where she had come from, and from the small drops of blood that were found in the middle of the road- they assumed that she must've sprung out from a car. Her attacker, assuming the same driver she had tried to escape from, let her run and hobble weakly, feebly, away from them in a doomed chance of survival.

The attacker, police surmised, must've gone out of the car with the shotgun and fired. No tire tracks or witnesses could tell anything about the car or the attacker.

Police are still trying to conclude if Ms. Kiurtsch kidnapping has any ties to the body found in Major Hill, where coroner's confirm that her body must've been decaying for at least a year. Right around the time Ms. Kiurtsch was suspected to have disappeared.

But these are only theories, my theories, friends, as police are treating these two brutalities as two different cases.

It's either I'm just naturally more inclined to the more sinister story- a predator on the hunt for women, keeps them for a year, and ultimately kills them after to find a fresh one - or it really is a separate incident.

But whether or not it is a separate incident, Sasha Kiurstch was an ordinary high school student, and was about to graduate last year before she had disappeared. She played cello, hung out with friends, and according to her brother, was seeing someone.

She did not deserve to have spent her last remaining year captive, missing from the arms of her friends and family.

Police has spoken to Mr. Kiurtsch to identify the body, as well as confirming a few new information as the case transformed from missing, to cold, and now, to kidnapping and murder.

And according to Hal Langford's website, a vigil will be held at their auditorium in remembrance of an ordinary girl.

Whoever this maniac is, know that you will be caught. One way or another.

PS. A funeral will be held in the weekend, at the local cemetery by Crane Street, according to the same article made by Hal Langford High School. Locals will be allowed to attend, but the article explicitly told to give space to Ms. Kiurtsch's grieving brother.
