Hello Dear reader, 

If you've made it to the end, I'm grateful. I really do hope you enjoyed this collection. 

There's an unspoken rule that one never attempts to interpret one's own poetry and I will heed that rule. 

But I do have one thing to say. Wattpad is an incredibly diverse community- not only Geographically, sexually and in terms of reading interests, but also in terms of worldview. 

One can find atheists, agnostics, Bible-bashing Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Baphometists and a whole host of other people in one Cafe thread! And there's not much animosity here. There's not much hate. There is a general acceptance about each others' beliefs and respect for all the members of the community.  

But on the whole, religion and faith is a taboo subject on almost any online community. Bringing any mention of that stuff up segregates you into a special group. "Those Christians" or "Those Muslims There." 

Which is a shame. Because even if you don't believe in any of it, it doesn't hurt one bit to acknowledge that there's something beautiful about faith. Especially good faith. 

The faith you find nowadays only among the very old and the very young. 

The faith that there is a God and that He hears all prayers and that He answers them. 

And in a climate where the word 'Christianity' brings up images of the most horrible racists and misogynists I've ever seen and where the word 'Islam' makes us think only of terror and war, a little thought and appreciation for good, beautiful faith may be what we need most.
