EP.44|I See Blurry Faces When I Black Out

“And that’s how I met Dude.” Carlos smiled as Dude liked his face. “Woah. Jasper was right, that was a good story.” Ben agreed. “So, wait, what happened to Renee? Did your father ever build her?” CJ asked.

“No, he’s still looking for one fore piece.” Carlos answered. “Which one?” Evie asked. “The Vampire Heart.” Carlos then showed them a picture of a beautiful ruby shaped into a heart.

“That’s beautiful.” Freddie gasped. “I know, it supposed to give an inanimate object life, it also reveals the next Vampire Queen. That’s why his father need it.” Hunter informed them.

“But the hearts been lost for years ever since the last queen, Queen Eliza, disappeared.” Jasper added. “Yikes.” Mal said.

All of a sudden, the school bell rung. “Great, time for 2nd period.” Operetta groaned as she walked to Music Class with Hunter. “Maybe it won't be so bad.” Hunter said.

“I hope.” Operetta muttered, the two walking into the class, which was already filled with people at their desk. “Students please take your seats.” The teacher, Mr. Piper, announced.

Mr. Piper has brown streaked hair and a brown beard. His hair is long enough to be tied in a small ponytail and the nape of his neck.

He wears square shaped glasses over his brown eyes and he dresses quite formally in a wine coloured regiment coat with gold braiding accompanied with beige trousers, a white open necked shirt with black collar under a grey patterned tank-top.

“This is frankly one of the only teachers I like.” Operetta chuckled. “Class, I have exciting news.” Mr. Piper said as he grabbed a piece of chalk. “I just heard word that we will be doing something performing at a royal party.” Mr. Piper then wrote the words WINTER’S PARTY.

“Our own Winter White’s Birthday Ball!” Mr. Piper smiled as the class clapped. Operetta eyes widened. “No…” Operetta whimpered.

“What’s wrong?” Hunter asked. “I can’t perform in front of that many people!” Operetta’s hands started shaking. “You’re playing the guitar.” Hunter reminded her.

“You’re right. Guitars are in the back. I won't be seen.” Operetta started calming down. “Exactly.” Hunter rubbed her back reassuringly. “Thanks. What about you?” Operetta asked. “I’ll probably be doing lights or something.” Hunter chuckled.

“Now, the song theme is original. I want the singer group to each write a song for the performance. They will perform them on tomorrow and Briar and Winter will decide which one Winter want to have at her party.” Mr. Piper explained as Operetta sighed in relief.

“Miss Operetta.” Mr. Piper said, getting Operetta attention. “You need work on your guitar skills.” Mr. Piper stated.

“Yeah, I’m not the best. I still don't see why I can’t play something I actually know how to play for the performance. Like any other instrument.” Operetta sighed.

“The whole point of the performance is the play something out of your element. For you it’s the guitar. For Mister Hunter it’s the piano.” Hunter looked towards Mr. Piper.

“Huh?” Hunter asked in disbelief. “Hunter, I would like you to play the piano for the performance, our piano play will be on vacation by then, and it says here you used to be good at it.” Mr. Piper shortly explained.

“Piano...in front of millions of people...room...spinning…going down…”

Hunter eyes fluttered opened to the sound of a piano. Hunter looked around to see he was in a beautiful fluffy golden cloud room.

“Wait. I know that song.” Hunter smiled as he walked closer to the sound as a figure how looked kinda like him could be seen in the distance. It was blurry but it was there.

“I didn’t know you could play.” A voice said, Hunter looked closer to see it was his mother, Farrah Faybelle. Farrah hair is side-parted to the right. Her baby blue hair is long and wavy, a lock of her hair is pale lavender.

“There’s a lot you don't know about me.” The blurry figure chuckled. “You know, that’s not a good thing.” Farrah chuckled. “Believe me. It is.” The blurry figure muttered.

“When did you learn to play?” Farrah asked. “I was little, my mom taught me, this song was a lullaby she would play when I would cry or struggle go to sleep.” The blurry figure answered.

“It’s a beautiful lullaby.” Farrah smiled, laying her head on his shoulder. “I should get going. It’s almost midnight.” Farrah warned him.

“Do you have to go Farrah?” the blurry figure asked as Farrah held his hand. “Yes, I need to.” Farrah answered, kissing his cheek. “Fine. Come back tomorrow?” He asked. “Always.” Farrah smiled before leaving.

That’s when Hunter woke up. “Hunter? Are you okay?” Operetta asked. “Yeah. Where the class?” Hunter asked getting up.

“They left an hour ago. Come on, you got to go to gym.” Operetta helped him off the ground, handing him his bag. “See you later Hunter. Meet me here after school.” Operetta waved goodbye before running down the halls.

“What was with that dream?” Hunter muttered. “What dream?” Zeref asked, appearing next to him. “When I blacked out in Music Class, I could see this figure, but he was with my mom, like when she was 19, my age.” Hunter shortly explained.

“Maybe they’re just dreams.” Zeref shrugged as the entered the gym glass. “Maybe you're right.” Hunter chuckled.

“Okay! Everyone! We’re practicing gymnastics today!” The coach, Coach Gingerbread Man, yelled thru his megaphone.

Coach Gingerbread Man has white frosting hair, eyebrows and moustache and black frosting eyes. He wears red sweatpants that matches his red headband, a white t-shirt and a purple zipper. He has white shoes and carries a whistle around his neck.

“Hunter! Balance beam!” The coach yelled. Hunter stood on the balance beam. Walking across it, he couldn’t stand straight.

“Oh Hunter…” Hunter knew that voice. “No…” He muttered. “You thought you could get rid of me? Please! Just cause your little girlfriend “Died” doesn't mean I died.” The voice chuckled.

“Please leave.” Hunter whispered. “Leave? Why would I leave! Making your life miserable is my pride and joy in life!” Brazzan chuckled.

“But, I want you to listen to me. We may not be friend but this is important. Something is coming. Me, Midnight, Zypher, and Alvarez can sense it. I need you to be on look out. Something is wrong.” Brazzan warned him.

“Then why the hell is my head hurting?!” Hunter yelled. “It’s the only way I can get your attention.” Brazzan said.

“In the spirit world, we keep hearing scream, we don't where it’s coming from but it’s scream. We’re worried, last time there was screaming it didn’t go well.” Brazzan voice echoed thru his head as the pain stopped causing Hunter to black out.

“Hunter, wake up.” Operetta said as he opened his eyes. Was that all a dream? Hunter thought. “What happened?” Hunter asked.

“You blacked out at gym, rested in my room for a while. Then you came here so we can start the piano lesson but when I started playing the Stars Lullaby you fell asleep.” Operetta blushed a little.

“Did I say anything in my sleep?” Hunter asked. “No…” Operetta sighed. He did say something in his sleep, her name, multiple times.

“Hey, Hunter, can I ask you something.” Operetta asked. “Do you love anybody?” Operetta asked, trying her best not to stuttered.

“Well there is this one girl, she’s beautiful, smart, has the most amazing personality, I haven’t be able to get them out of my head, everything he does enchants me. She has the most beautiful hair. I might as well tell you who she is.” Hunter then stared at Operetta.

Why is he so close? Operetta thought. “So, who is it?” She stammered as she looked at Hunter, his eyes were different, they were lavender with red and gold specks. “Hunter?” Operetta asked. “It’s you.” Hunter whispered, making Operetta blush. “I-I-I” Operetta stammered.

“Operetta, this may be sudden, but damn do I love you.” Hunter whispered causing Operetta to eep. “Please...just…” Operetta’s body felt like melting into a million piec0es. “Please what?” Hunter smirked against her skin. “Just...please… I need you…” Operetta muttered. “As you wish.” Hunter voice ringed thru her ear.

“Hunter...! Oh!” Operetta gasped as Hunter sunk his teeth into her skin. “Hunter! It hurt.” Operetta whimpered. “Shhh, I promise it’s turn into pleasure.” Hunter whispered, he was right, it did turn into pleasure.

“Better?” Hunter asked as Operetta nodded. “Why me though?” Operetta asked, still trying to catch her breath from the immense pleasure. “Music Note, your beautiful, talented, smart, kind, and every so sexy.” Hunter licked his lips looking at Operetta’s body.

“Stop it.” Operetta sighed. “Why? Your beautiful!” Hunter smiled.

“Hunter, don't sugar coat it. I can take it. Just tell me I’m ugly. I’ve heard it before.” Operetta said and suddenly, Hunter pinned her to the rug.

“Your not ugly. I don't care what others say. Your not ugly, you're the most beautiful thing in the world!” Hunter smiled, kissing Operetta.

“Please, I can’t take it.” Operetta sighed, her face turning red as a cherry. “Hehe…” Hunter chuckled. “You can't take how much I flatter you huh?” Hunter smirked. “Well, nobody done this for me before…It’s just so sudden.” Operetta chuckled.

“Sorry, just, demons you know. What are you gonna do.” Hunter smiled, resting his head on her chest. “I can hear your heartbeat.” Hunter could hear the ba-dump of her heart beat.

“Even your heart beat sounds beautiful.” Hunter said as the sound quickened. “Hunter, you’re gonna put me in cardiac arrest.” Operetta said as Hunter kissed her. “Shh…” Hunter smiled as he continued listening to her heart.

“You’re the love of my life.” Hunter smiled. “Hunter…! Oh gods!” Operetta back arched. “Hunter, I told you. My body, it can’t take all of this. As much as I love it. I can’t take it.” Operetta breathed heavily.

“Oh right, I forgot once you get marked by a demon, pleasure limit kinda goes down.” Hunter chuckled.

“Yeah, no kidding, I want to, believe me. But for now, can we just sleep. Not, trying to make my face turn into a tomato.” Operetta smiled.

“How dow you expect me not to love you when you’re smile is just so adorable.” Hunter pouted.

“Hunter, I love you… a lot… but I need to relax. I’m gonna go take a shower. I’ve been sweating like crazy from Beast Training.” Operetta chuckled as she got up.

“Can I join you?” Hunter smirked making Operetta blush madly. “Y-Y-Y-You.” She stammered. “Idiot.” She muttered Hunter smiled at her.

And that’s when Hunter woke up. “Hey hunter, stop just staring at the piano. Are you okay?” Operetta asked. “Yeah, I’m fine. Let’s just continue.” Hunter sighed.
