EP.18|Bounties and True Evil Is Revealed

“Did you really think you could sneak in here without me noticing?” Crystal smirked as her little ice monster appeared, tying Alistair up to head post. “Great. Just great.” Alistair sighed.

“Hey, at least you can be with your girl for the all eternity.” Crystal smirked as Alistair snarled at one of the ice monster. “What do you want from us?” Maddie asked.

“Your bounty.” Crystal answered as she showed them two flyers with their faces on it. “Alistair White: 25,000. Maddie Hatter: 27,000.” Crystal read.

“When did we get those?!” Both Alistair and Maddie yelled. “Since your first crime. Every villain has a bounty, some heros too. Miss Belle said if we can kill you or turn you in we get the bounty.” Crystal explained as she brought out a knife as slowly swept it across Alistair’s chest.

“Let’s begin shall we?” Crystal was about to stab Alistair but before he knew it something hit Crystal upside the head, making her knockout. “Who dare you almost stab my brother!” C.A yelled as she hit her again.

“C.A!” Maddie rejoiced as she cut the jump ropes. “We need to find Mal. Before sh-” And before C.A could finish her sentence then was a loud roar from the basement. “Before that!” they all ran outside to see a giant demonic Mal.

Her hair is flowing up, with a darker color than her normal hair colour. She has dark purple wings with an aqua line, and an even darker purple. For her outfit, she wears a purple dress with another dress underneath it.

Her eyes are aqua and purple, with aqua auras flowing from it. Midnight has an aqua horn, similar to unicorn horn with holes in it. Her shoes are long purple boots.

“Mal?!” Ben yelled. “Mal! Ha! My name isn't Mal anymore. It’s Midnight Angel!” Midnight cackled as a she shot a green laser beam at Ben.

“This is what they were trying to do! Belle knew that you would bring Mal to Crystal. She knew that Crystal would betray you and Mal. All the pressure from this allowed Mal to release Midnight Angle!” C.A explained as Ben glared at Belle.

“You put her up to this! You made her turn into Midnight! All just for this stupid kingdom!” Ben yelled. “It’s for the good of the kingdom!!” Belle yelled back.

“Come on! We need to get to the bunker.” Belle added as Ben stood still, not moving with Belle. “I’m not going! I’m not leaving Mal like this!” Ben yelled. “Can’t you see she’s trouble?!” Belle yelled. “This isn't her though! This isn't Mal! Mal wouldn’t do this! Midnight is controlling her!” Ben defended.

“You know what! Fine! Future kings need to learn how to kill demons. You kill this one, or you never become king. What will it be Ben?” Adam asked handing him a sword.

“Mal…” Ben started as he looked at Midnight. “I won't! I can’t! I don't wanna be kind unless Mal is there watch me become king!” Ben yelled.

“Fine! Die for all I care!” Adam yelled. “Your supposed to be his parents! And you don't care if he dies?!” Carlos yelled. “Nope!” They both shouted back. “Some parents you are! I thought you guys cared for me!" Ben yelled.

“We do! But, we don't care for her! She’s garbage son! A demon!” Adam yelled. “What did you do this?! What could you possibly get out of this?!” Ben yelled.

“She’ll finally be gone!” Belled answered as she pointed to Midnight who was being tied down. “Let her go!” Ben yelled punching on of the men holding her down.

Another man the tried to punch Ben but he caught his fist. “Don't. You. Dare lay another finger on her.” Ben growled as he his turned blue with gold and green specks in them. “Mal never did anything to you!” Ben started squeezing the man’s fist.

“She’s a demon!” The man yelled in pain as the bones in his hand started breaking. “Well, how would you like it if I broke. Every. Single. Bone. In your hand?” Ben smirked as he heard the sound of cones breaking.

“Please!” The man pleaded. “Send you men away and I’ll stop.” Ben wagered as the man nodded. “Stand down!” He yelled as they let go of Midnight. Midnight looked at Hunter.

“Brazzan?” Midnight asked. “How do you know that name?” Ben asked pointing the sword. “So you know?” Ben asked. “Of course I do. He’s like me. A demon.” Midnight smirked.

“Hunter, what is she talking about?” Operetta asked. “Jasper. I need you to do something for me.” Hunter said as Operetta started to worry. “Take her far away from here.” Hunter said. “But Hunter.” Jasper started. “I want you to do this for me. Okay?” Hunter said as Jasper nodded sadly.

“Hunter what the hell is going on?” Operetta asked, putting her hand on Hunter’s shoulder. Hunter began feeling pain in his right eyes. “I need you to go away Operetta.” Hunter growled.

“Not till you tell me what’s going on!” Operetta said. “Just trust me okay? Just trust me.” Hunter cupped her face. “Just please, tell me what’s going on.” Tears form in Operetta’s eyes.

The pain in Hunter’s eyes began increasing. “Go, now!” Hunter yelled as Jasper grabbed Operetta’s hand and started running. “Jasper, what the hell is happening?” Operetta asked, Jasper stayed quiet and kept running. “Ben, move.” Hunter growled as Ben stood in front of Midnight.

“I need you to move Ben!” Hunter yelled. “Not till you calm down! She’s forcing you to lure it out. Don't fall into her black hole!” Ben shot back. “Move Ben! I don't wanna hurt you.” Hunter yelled. “Then control it!” Ben yelled. “Move.” Hunter growled. “No! I know what your gonna do!” Ben yelled. “I need you to move!”

“Not till you calm down!” Ben yelled. “What would she think if she saw you like this?” Ben asked. “She’s not going to, if you just move!” Hunter answered. “I know you wanna protect her. But this isn't the way! Just tell her!” Ben yelled. “I can’t! I’m need to protect her!” Hunter yelled.

“This isn't the way! You’re protecting her by telling her!” Ben yelled. “I-I can’t!” Hunter yelled. “Control it!” Ben yelled. “Move Ben!” Hunter yelled. “No!” Hunter yelled as his eyes turned red with purple and white specks, he now has black wings and black horns and a black tail. “Move. I won’t ask again!” Hunter yelled as Ben stayed put.

“Fine!” Hunter yelled as he lunged at Ben, tackling him to the ground. “I told you to move!” Hunter growled. “And I said to tell her!” Ben yelled as he tried to punch Hunter but it was no use he caught his fist. “Why won't you let me get to Midnight?!” Hunter yelled.

“Cause, she isn't Midnight! You’re gonna hurt one of your best friends?!” Ben asked yelling. “You don't know what that demon did! You know the Mal that everyone sees! I know Midnight!” Hunter shot back. “Midnight destroyed my home town! Now, I'm gonna do what she did to my people!” Hunter yelled as the two began to fight.

“Sancactus!” Just as Ben is about to use the killing spell, Hunter uses Mind Persuasion to stop him. However, Ben manages to break free using mind penetration. He then prepares once again to cast the killing spell.

“Sancactus!” Ben is once again interrupted by Hunter, who uses Physic Push to knock him back. Hunter then leaps towards Ben with his sword swinging, but Ben uses apparition to teleport away from him.

When he reappears, Ben proceeds to fire non-verbal spells at Hunter, which he deflects with his sword. Hunter leaps at Ben once again, but he teleports out of the way again.

“Traarmus!” He fires that, as well as a few more non-verbal spells, but Hunter blocks all of them before using the Physic Force to knock Ben's wand out of his hand. Hunter charges at Ben, who teleports to the wand.

“Nimbus!” Ben yelled as Hunter threw his sword at Ben. “Vengeeris!” Protego deflects the sword, which Hunter leaps up to catch. He is suddenly hit by the Nimbus, which knocks him back to the ground while Ben is lifted onto it and rides off on it.

Ben flies by multiple times while firing his non-verbal spells, all of which Hunter is able to deflect or block. Hunter then manages to catch Ben and the Nimbus with the Physic Force and causes them to crash downward into the roof.

Afterwards, Ben disappears with the aid of the Invisibility Spell while Hunter is unable to detect his opponent's presence.

“Pestiium!” Hunter threw his sword in the direction where he heard Ben’s voice. “Fie-” Ben started as he teleported out of the way of the incoming sword. “Fierid!” Hunter rolls to avoid stupefy, then catches his sword and uses Physic Pushknocking the Invisibility Spell off of Ben.

Hunter then uses Physic Choke, lifting Ben into the air and stopping him from casting any verbal spells. Hunter throws his sword towards Ben, who casts a non-verbal spell, which manages to hit the sword's handle, destroying it. Afterwards, Ben was freed.

“Sancactus!” Hunter rolls once again, evading the killing curse. Ben fires multiple non-verbal spells at Hunter, who blocked them using the physic powers her gained in his demon form.

“Sectumsempra!” Hunter was caught off-guard by the attack and was left with a deep wound on his side but then uses shatterpoint. Over on Ben's chest, Hunter finds the weak point he needs in Ben's iconic X scar.

Ben's wounds begin to expand, eventually causing blood to spurt from it. Ben screams in agony as Hunter takes out his sword and then throws it at Ben, causing him to bleed.

Hunter stood over Ben to see that it wasn’t Ben at all. It was Operetta. “No...no...no no no….Music Note….please, please wake up!” Hunter pleaded as his tears fell onto her bleeding body. “Please...please wake up.” Hunter cried. “Hu-Hunter?” Operetta asked weakly.

“Operetta!” Hunter cried as he hugged her bleeding body. “Why would you do something like this?” Hunter sobbed. “B-Be-Because...you ca-called me Operetta.” Operetta smiled. “I thought I told you to go with Jasper.” Hunter sobbed.

“I cou-couldn’t...I wan-wanted t-to sa-save you.” Operetta coughed. “Bu-but...I-I wa-was tr-trying to save you.” Hunter said. “I-I do-don't need saving. B-but, Hu-Hunter...I-I ne-need to d-do...something for me…” Operetta coughed, blood spilling out of her mouth.

“What? Anything.” Hunter said. “T-Take...my…music box...to my grave…” Operetta smiled as she closed her eyes, listening to her last heart beats.

“Operetta!!” Hunter screamed into the heavens. He then heard laughing. “W-Wh-Why are you laughing?” Hunter growled. “It’s so funny how you cried like a little kid over that girls death.” Midnight laughed. “Let’s go.” Midnight smirked.
