EP.17|Police Officers Are So Touchy!
In our last episode of G.A.B.B we learned that Maddie's tea party might be their last. This is all because Belle issued that she would send hundreds of bounty hunters to exterminate the island. While thinking they lost all hope, Mal proposed the idea of protesting and marching all the way to the castle.
Having agreeing to meet up at the tea shop, Mal asked Ben if he was gonna march with them. But he said no, choosing his royal family and status over his friends, instantly bringing Mal to tears.
Now, without further ado! Lets starts the episode.
“Give him time. He’ll figure out he’s crazy you.” Evie assured her. “You have to say that, you’re my best friend.” Mal sobbed as they walked into Maddie’s room. “Well, I know a little something about men.” Evie said as her, Mal, CJ, Freddie, and Operetta sat at Maddie’s table.
“I mean Jasper is always teasing me calling me a blueberry. Do I take it personal?” Evie asked. “Yes. You thru a plate at him.” Operetta answered.
“The answer was no. Boys always act stupid, they don't think straight when they like a girl. Remember that.” Evie said wiping off Mal’s running mascara. “Okay, I’m really tired. I’m gonna go to bed.” Mal yawned, you could still tell there we some tears in her eyes.
“Alright.” Evie sighed as Mal laid down on the couch. Evie and Freddie laid down on one of the beds while Operetta and CJ laid on the second bed and Maddie slept on the love seat.
Ben paced back and forth in his dorm room. “You are so fucking stupid!!” Zypher scolded. “I know I know.” Ben sighed. “Where did you get the smart ass idea to tell her that you weren’t gonna go to that march?!” Zypher yelled.
“I need to tell her. I just couldn’t go to that march.” Ben groaned laying on the couch looking at the ceiling. “Okay, okay, I think I might know a way to fix this.” Zypher said. “You better not screw this one up!” Zypher scolded.

It was four o'clock and everyone was ready to march. “Maddie! Go help pass out those signs!” Hatter yelled as Maddie nodded. Thousands of people came to support the cause.
“You know you guys gonna a pay a heavy price for doing this.” Hatter warned them. “I know.” They all said. “You might never see the light of day again.” Hatter added.
“If we can't go to school with Bruce, Alistair, Maddie, and Lori. Then I don't wanna go to that school at all.” Mal said as Hatter lowered his head sighing. “I just want tomorrow to be better.” Freddie sighed.
(Bold: Hatter. Iliac: Maddie. Underline: Alistair)
There's a light in the darkness
Though the night is black as my skin
There's a light, burning bright, showing me the way
But I know where I've been
“Hey Zeref, do you think were gonna be okay?” Freddie asked. “We will, I promise.” Zeref promised her. “I hope.” He muttered as they began marching in the streets.
There's a cry in the distance
It's a voice that comes from deep within
There's a cry asking why, I pray the answer's up ahead, yeah
'Cause I know where I've been
As they marched, some bystander joined in. Maddie held onto Alistair’s hand, somehow. She felt safe, like she could do anything if Alistair was with her.
There's a road we've been travelin'
Lost so many on the way
But the riches will be plenty
Worth the price, the price we had to pay
There's a dream in the future
There's a struggle that we have yet to win
And there's pride in my heart
'Cause I know where I'm going, yes I do
And I know where I've been, yeah
There's a road we must travel
There's a promise we must make
Oh, but the riches, the riches will be plenty
Worth the risks and the chances that we take
There's a dream, yeah, in the future
There's a struggle that we have yet to win
Use that pride in our hearts to lift us up to tomorrow
'Cause just to sit still would be a sin
I know it, I know it, I know where I'm going
Lord knows I know where I've been
Oh, when we win, I'll give thanks to my God
'Cause I know where I've been.
“No we’re no sending a camera crew, they’re protesting their own king and queen.” Belle scoffed, on the phone with one of the newscasters.
“Why is channel 5 there?” Belle asked. “Of course there all Villains! And why would-?” Belle then smirked, she had an idea. “Ohh. I know who would. I know exactly who would.” Belle smirk grew.
Meanwhile, outside the castle, people were marching towards the castle. “2! 4! 6! 8! School gotta integrate! 2! 4! 6! 8! School gotta integrate!” They chanted as they reached the palace to see a row of police guards standing there, blocking their path. “Oh my god.” Evie gasped.
“Evie, come on. You knew there were gonna be police.” Mal said linking arms with her. Evie then noticed the cameras. “I didn’t know there we gonna be cameras!” Evie added. “So?” Mal asked as they reached the police barricade. “Excuse me. Is there some reason why we can’t pass peacefully?” Hatter asked.
“I strongly suggest you and your little friends...head back from where you come from.” The head police man answered as he pressed the candle light between his thumb and pointer finger, causing the light to go out.
“Hey you don't have to be so rude.” Mal commented. “Mal.” Evie scolded silently. “It’s alright Mal, I can handle this.” Hatter assured her as the policeman turned away. “Excuse me! He was talking to you.” Mal then hit the policeman with her sign on top of his head. “Mal, no.” Hatter scolded silently.
“You just assaulted a police officer, miss.” The man stated. “I what?! Assaulted” Mal asked in shock as the crowd began getting riled up. “Enough! Hey!” The policeman yelled as everyone quieted down.
“Alright boys. Take the whole lot in.” The policeman smirked. “Run! Mal! Run!” Evie yelled as Mal began running, every began liking arms saying “2! 4! 6! 8! School gotta integrate!”
“Mal!” Maddie called out as Mall looked to her side to see Maddie running next to her. “Well, that escalated quickly huh.” Mal chuckled as Maddie nodded. “Come on, I know a place we can hide.” Maddie and Mal then made a sharp turn left.
After what felt like running for hours, they arrived at a medium sized yellow house. “Who’s house is this?” Mal asked. “Elsa’s daughter. Crystal. She’s a friend.” Maddie answered as she fumbled for the keys, quickly opening the door to see Crystal snoring on the couch.
Crystal has long, wavy, mint blue hair streaked with white and violet. She has pale lavender skin, light-blue eyes, and pink lips (which is lipstick). She dresses appropriately to the winter weather where she lives, although she does not need to keep herself warm.
Her hair is straight/wavy, her lipstick is pale pink or a soft pink, she wears a warm-looking, pale-purple jacket or snowsuit with the collar a fur-line of short fluff, fluffy fur sleeves, her snow-coat is a dress, which has a pale lavender, violet, lilac and icy blue skirt with snowflakes on it, icy blue leggings or tights, and faux-fur-lined (icy-blue fur) white boots with icy blue pom-poms attached to strings on the ends and laces.
Mal looked at the Tv to see the clip of Mal “assaulting” the policeman with the caption under it. “Mal Brutally Attacks a Policeman.” Mal rolled her eyes as they both sneaks quietly down stairs to what seemed to be a bunker.
Meanwhile, Evie and Jasper snuck into Mal’s old house frantically searching for Mal. “She’s not gonna be here! I told you! Evie I told you, if the cops are looking for her, this is the first place they would come.” Jasper sighed. “I’m just worried.” Evie sighed. “Somebody had to do something. Course we will be eating bean for the next ten years if we get caught, but it’s worth it.”
Back at Crystal's bunker, Mal sighed, sitting on the old dusty bed. “Maddie, the cops are looking for me everywhere. You can go to jail for helping me.” Mal groaned. “Mal, I’m already gonna go jail with all the things I’ve done.” Maddie then noticed that Mal’s hair was turning from purple to blonde slowly.
“Oh no.” Maddie started. “What?” Mal asked. “Your hair. It’s slowly turning blonde.” Maddie answered as Mal looked into the mirror. “Let it, might as well since I’m gonna probably get executed soon.” Mal sighed.
“So what do you think? Maybe you can live down here. I don't even know why she has this room down here. But there’s food, water, first aid kit, gas mask, foreign language books.” Maddie said. “It’s very well insulated.” Mal added as Crystal walked in.
“It won't be where you're going!” Crystal yelled as little ice monsters pointed spears at Maddie and Mal. “The police are on their way!” Crystal added. “Crystal, I thought we were friends.” Maddie heart broke, the feeling of being betrayed hurts.
“Shut up! You stupid top hat loving girl!” Crystal scolded as Crystal grabbed Maddie, throwing her into the hallway of the bunker. “You haven’t heard the last me me, Crystal. Things need to change and I wont stop trying to change them. I don't care how long it take.” Mal declared. “Good you’ll be doing 20 till life. Ice creatures! Get the jump rope and put her in the guest room.”
Back at Mal’s old house, Evie looked at the lies that the news posted. “A massive manhunt is underway for Malena Maleficent, daughter of Maleficent, who bludgeoned a police officer and a decorated war veteran, Mike Morris, with a crowbar. Shattering his jaw.” “That’s a lie!” Zeref yelled at the tv. “There’s talking about my best friend out there!” Evie added.
“They’re telling lies.” Operetta scoffed, there was then a knock at the door. “I’ll get it.” CJ opened the door to see Ben. “Carlos! Get me my sword!” CJ yelled as Carlos passed her the sword.
“You have some nerve coming here after what you did to Mal!” CJ held her sword close to Ben’s neck. “I know, I’m an idiot! I just wanted to apologize. That’s when I heard that they’re hunting down Mal.” Ben shortly explained.
“All those lies aren’t true. Well then manhunt yes, but the everything else no. she barely hit him with a sign.” CJ explained. “I can’t sleep. I can’t eat.” Ben sighed as CJ lowered her sword. “Come on in. you can come worry with the rest of us.” CJ said as Ben walked in.
Back at Crystal’s house, Maddie had a jump rope tied around her and connected to the headboard. “You really are stupid aren’t you Maddie. Did you really think that we were friends? Please.” Crystal scoffed as she started laughing.
“Until I get what I want out of you the only food your getting is saltines and tang. And you will never leave this room again.” Crystal declared as the pressed a button of her phone making very old church music play.
Crystal then grabbed a church cross necklace and put in on her. “This will make sure you can’t use your powers to escape. Devil child.” Crystal smirked as she slammed the door behind her. Maddie then heard rustling from behind her.
She turned around to see Alistair climbing thru the window into the room. “Alistair! She, don't let her hear you.” Maddie warned as Alistair began attempting to undo the knots. “What happened to you?” Alistair asked.
“Crystal is holding me hostage till the police come. Can’t use my magic cause of the name cross necklace.” Maddie shortly explained. “Real question is what are you doing here? You know your gonna get caught right?” Maddie asked as Alistair smirked.
“I’m here to get you out sweet cheeks.” Alistair answered as he began attempting to untie the knot “Damn was Crystal in the army or something?” Alistair asked. “Navy, actually.” Crystal smirked as she walked into the room.
