So misses hall can you please explain everything that happened this year everything? Yes everything hall.Ok well it all started on the last day of school max was really excited for summer, when school was over he ran through the door mom! Mom! I'm home school is finally over its SUMMER!!! how was your last day of school? It was fun, that's good now go get washed up for dinner so max ran down the hall and washed his hands for dinner. As we ate dinner max talked about his last day of school. So what are we doing this summer mom? We should go to a concert said Sadie. I'm sorry Sadie but I've told you we don't have enough money to go to a concert ,whatever I thought it was a good idea Sadie mumbled. Excuse me misses hall but who's idea was it to go rafting? It was John's idea who is john? Oh john is my husband ok go on with your story. Misses hall continued with her story so the next day I told max and his sister Sadie were going rafting...and what did max think of that idea? Oh he was thrilled he was in his swimming suit before anyone else...so he knows how to swim right ?? Yes he loves swimming and the outdoors a lot. We left around 11:00am and headed to rock ridge river. Was he riding in the tube with a passenger..no he wasn't.. misses hall why would you ever let your 8 year old son ride alone on a tube that's so unsafe. I'm sorry he's a real good swimmer. I remember on the way there he asked if we could turn up the radio because it..it was his favorite song.........hall? Are you ok? Misses hall?? After that we started rafting, who was with you guys when you went rafting? It was me,john,sadie,max, and max's friend lily. We were all having a great time and when we went over the....misses hall started to cry, you can take a break if you would like misses hall left the room and went in the hall for a drink Mr helmin the investigator started stroking his beard as he waited for misses hall,when she got back she continued with the story, what happened when max went over the waterfall....well the current was going fast and and his tube and max got taken under the water..only the tube came up,misses hall cried I did nothing,nothing and he never came back up! Her face was red as tears slid down her cheek. She jumped out of her seat and ran out of the room wait! I yelled but she was already out of the room I stood their with my hands on the door with my head tilted down. I walked out of the room and down the hallway looking for misses hall,I snuck my head around the corner and looked at her sitting on the floor with her back against the wall and her face in her arms.I could hear a muffling cry and sniffling.I'm sorry hemlin I can't finish the story it's to hard I miss him too much, I started to get teary eyed as I watched the many tears fall down her face...it's ok I understand  you don't have to  finish the story but I hope you understand that if you don't finish it I can't help you as a

I'm sorry but we still don't know if he just drowned listen telling the story and going to court will help then you can go home when it's all over,ok then we walked down the hallway and back into the room,misses hall slicked her black dress as she sat down and continued. When I seen the tube floating on top of the water I waited for him to come back up but it stayed quiet and everyone stared at the tube then I looked at my husband he just stared and swallowed hard then I could hear lily starting to cry and pound on her tube then me and Sadie jumped out of are tubes and dove under water looking for max, we looked in a panic when we came back up out of the water then John's jaw dropped,we looked over and seen max laying by the shore with his head resting on a rock, lily started bawling and throwing rocks john ran to the shore and scooped max up like a baby in his arms, you could see tears form in his eyes,I could hear him starting to mumble no no no no no no! He ran down the road in his swimming shorts. I tried chasing after him but I hit the road bawling it can't be it can't be! Sadies voice was shaking and her lip quiverd, lily and Sadie ran to me and I grabbed them and held them in my arms as we sat on shore next to the road (misses halls voice got shaky as she went on with the story) I looked at her thinking about how devastating it must be ( she continued with the story) we sat waiting for john to return all we could hear was the water flowing down the rocks, we sat in silence for what seemed forever. It got dark but the car was to far down the road to walk and my phone was locked in the car.lily started to speak but her voice was raspy and dry from all the crying what did she say misses hall..please just call me sherie ok sherie what did lily say? I don't know but then she ran into the water and grabbed her tube and pointed at what looked like a blood hand print on the side of lilys tube. Sadie looked at the tube confused but I was in to much shock to ask her. We got on the road and held are thumbs up. A pickup truck came with a guy in the driver seat, where you guys headed.It's an emergency we just need a ride to my car so we hopped in and the guy got me to the car. I opened the door and called the police. Five minutes later the cops showed up and took us to this place to tell the story. Where is your husband sherie ? He's..he's gone.
THE INVESTIGATION
Sherie left the room and went to the beds in the other room.hemlin got up and told the fbi the story the next morning court was settled then hemlin told sherie they needed to talk so Sherie went to his office. Sherrie we found out what happened to max and we found your husband. Sherrie looked at me in shock dying to know where and what happened. Sherrie your husband's ok he's still alive. I'm sorry to tell you this but your son,he didn't drowned (a moment of silence struck the room) your son had a mild head injury due to a concussion from the rock at the bottom of the falls. After he smacked his head the blood got on his hand and he grabbed lilys tube when he went down. We followed the road ur husband ran down he was spotted at lake view campsite talking to a guy that happened to be a doctor but he told your husband it was to late and that his son has been unconscious for to long. I'm sorry for your loss sherie if theirs anything I could do I would love to help. Thanks sherie whispered then walked out of the room. Sweetie! Sheries head snapped up. She ran to john and hugged him tight,john kissed sherie on the forehead as they cried together I'm so sorry sweetie he bawled. Lily and sadie came around the corner and hugged them tight Sadie cried and whispered in her mom's ear mom I seen him grab lilys tube that's what I tried telling you but but I just couldn't. Sherie held her daughter tight its ok I know now. Later on that day the family went home but on the way home sadie and lily fell asleep in the back. John drove why sherrie sat listening to the radio then that's when the song came on maxs song. Sherrie cried,john looked at Sherrie I know I miss him to.
