"What happened?" asked Firestar when he saw our ragged and tired patrol.
"Riverclan, that's what happened." answered Lionclaw.
"I'm guessing they tried to take Sunningrocks?" asked Firestar,sighing.
Turning away as I didn't feel to good, I trotted over to the apprentices den.
I started to feel dizzy. Black spots danced in front of my eyes. Then all I remembered was collapsing in front of the entrance to the apprentices den.

"Kits! Time to eat!" meowed Amberpetal, their mother.
"No! Goldenpaw is in trouble! We have to know what happens!"wailed the kits.
Amberpetal purred. "Ok, but right after, you 3 are coming straight to me, understand?"
"Yes, of course!" they meowed quickly to Amberleaf. Then to me they squealed,"Ok, Goldenpetal! Hurry! We are ready!"
I purred and continued on with my story.

When I awoke, I was in the medicine cat den. Groggily, I tried sitting up. Instantly, a sharp pain ran through my back where the Tom had raked his claws over: which was basically my whole back. My head spun around faster and faster, until I finally had to lay back down, with a small groan.
Jayfeather, who had been sorting herbs, spun around. "Goldenpaw! it's about time you woke up. 5 sunrises already passed since you passed out. Starclan knows how your clanmates got prey into you! I'll get the apprentices, Lionclaw, and Firestar. Dovepaw practically went crazy when she saw you laying there in a pile of blood." Then he left.
Though I felt terrible, warmth spread through me as I realized my clanmates had actually been worried.
But suddenly, my thoughts were interrupted.
"Goldenpaw! You're such a weakling! Just a few scratches and you feel sorry for yourself. Get up and start training. I over estimated your strength. You have disappointed me in many ways Goldenpaw," Tigerstar meowed giving me a few scratches on top of the ones I already had. Despite my burning lungs, my aching legs, and my dizzy head, I got up slowly. I was disappointed in myself for failing Tigerstar.
"Goldenpaw! What do you think you're doing, you mousebrain?!Are you trying to kill yourself?! you opened a few wounds so now at least half of my herbs are wasted!" Jayfeather yowled hysterically.
Boo,hoo. It's the end of the world. I thought. I turned to console in Tigerstar but he was gone.
I was very grateful when Mousekit howled in pain because she had a thorn stuck in her paw. "Foxdung! I'll be back to treat you. This time you better not try getting up!"
