Freddy's POV

"Hey Gold, can I come in?" I asked in a hushed tone. I hear a faint 'come in', as I enter the room my eyes immediately fall on the closet door.

"Hey Gold you in there?" I ask quietly, as Gold slowly opens up the closet door.

"Yeah, I'm here." He says shakily. I've only seen my brother this scared a couple of times, and even then it was normally in moments that would scare anyone, though he has always had a fear of thunder and lightning, it has always startled me whenever I see him scared in any way.

"You doing okay bro?" I ask sincerely, though he'll probably snap at me for asking a stupid question.

"Do I look okay to you, do I really?" It sounded more like a statement rather than a question, but I responded anyway.

"No, you look like shit, probably feel like it to, considering this is a thunderstorm." I state somewhat playfully, looks like Gold was relatively relived that I was here, though I was probably the biggest distraction from the storm at the moment.

"We might not be able to drive to the new house if your like this." I state, hoping to cheer him up.

"Also, we can make the delivery man suffer by ordering 2 medium cheese pizzas." I say mischievously, thinking of how many ways to torment the pizza carrier.
I hear Gold snicker lightly, "Come on Fred, don't torment the poor pizza man." Goldie says chuckling.

"Come on, I'll pay for the pizza Fred, now let's go eat that McDonalds." Goldie says still laughing a bit,

"Wait did you just give me permission to torture the guardian of the pizza?" I ask playfully.

"No I did not Fredrick, I simply said I was paying for the pizza and for you to follow me." Gold starts laughing at me for pouting like a toddler.

"Gollldddd, it's not funny!" I whined, slightly embarrassed, though it's a good thing the thunder stopped other wise my brother would still be in the closet (XD I'm sorry i had to!)

"Oh yes it is, your face when I told you, that was priceless!" Gold laughs out loud, just like mom used to.

"I swear you remind me of dad so much!" Gold says nostalgically while laughing.

"Do I really?" I ask having never met my father.
"Yes you do, you both have an adult attitude when it comes to serious issues, yet act like children when you attempt to cheer someone up!" Gold says still laughing.

"Umm, bro are you okay?" I ask while grinning a bit.

"I'm dying of laughter, if that's what your asking!" He says falling to the floor wheezing.

"C-can't, breathe, to funny!" My brother is officially insane.

"Okay, now your just trying to milk the moment for all its worth!" I shout, at my brother's dramatic nature.

"N-no, I legitimately can't breathe right now!" He says clutching his stomach, in a fit of giggles.

"Ugh, once you get up we can eat pizza and then we need to hit the road, the movers will be at the house in 2 hours." I stated tiredly, when can we get some proper sleep.

"Okay, I'll order pizza, that should take at least thirty minutes to get here, we'll eat on the road, and should make it in time to unpack!" Gold says, finally done laughing.

'He actually had a plan for once!' I thought happily, I no longer have to do anything.

"Glad you have a plan Gold, cause I'm exhausted from having to deal with you all morning." I said, not noticing the unusual glint in my brother's eye.

"Yeah, I have a plan, just let me go order the pizza you rest." Gold says as he slowly walks into the kitchen.

'I don't like the way he sounded.' I thought slightly unnerved by my brother's slight change in demeanor.

'Should I check on him or should I leave it?' I thought just imagining what my brother could possibly be doing.

I shiver a bit at the thought.

'I'll leave him be for now, though I'm probably going to regret my choice later.' I think as I crawled back into my sleeping bag.
