Anyways, sorry guys that there hasn't been an update in so long! But I really had to focus on my Exams but now that they are finished its back to writing!!! 😁

Serena's POV

"Serena come out already! It's 7:45pm! And Ash will be here any second now!" I hear Bonnie yell at the top of her overly excited, fangirl voice. As Dawn brushes my hair gently while I start applying make up to my face for the first time. I have never really worn make up before but all the girls were convinced that I needed to if I wanted to impress Ash... and I do.

"You excited for the party Serena?" Dawn asks in a kind voice while she finishes of brushing my honey blonde hair and places the brush on the desk with a mirror in front of it that gazed into while using a small makeup brush to carefully apply make up to myself.

"Oh Serena, what are you doing?" Dawn says in a girly tone while taking the make up brush off me and placing it on the desk.

"Umm, putting makeup on?" I say confused. '
Was I doing it wrong? Was I using the wrong brush? Was I applying the wrong product to my face? WHAT HAVE I DONE?' I started shouting to myself in my head as Dawn picks up a bigger brush.

"Your not going to impress Ash going at the rate your doing at." Dawn says while putting her hands on her hips in a really sassy way, posing as if she were a model. "Leave this to the professional!" She adds while she swiftly and elegantly, applying two time the amount of makeup then I had done in almost double the time!!

"Done." She says simply while giving me a thumbs up and a cheerful smile as I look at myself in the mirror and I had to say... it looked amazing!!!

"Wow Dawn, it looks great!" I say not wanting to boost her ego too much but still complimenting her on her work.

"Like I said, leave makeup to the professional." She say while holding the brush to her mouth and blowing the bristles, sparking a memory of me and Ash watching a movie which had a similar scene.

"Thanks." I say while giggling a little at Dawn's actions.

"HES HERE!!!! CODE RED!!! WE HAVE A CODE RED!!!" Bonnie yells, panicking over what I imagine meant that Ash was here which made my smile fade and in its place a nervous feeling replaces it.

My hands quivered and my body seemed to freeze. 'What is going on... w-what is happening to me?' I feel different, like I'm a rock being thrown into a sea of emotions. Sicking. My heart beats seemed to hurt as different thought battled in my mine. A clash of Positive and Negative.

"EEEEEE! Lets go Serena!" Dawn says grabbing my hand and running out of her room dragging me behind her. 'What if Ash doesn't like what he sees.... no! No Serena. Ash loves you!' My thoughts continued to clash.

There he was... standing at the entrance of Dawn's house. He looked so handsome in blue suit, his messy raven hair and those eyes that seemed to stare right into my heart and soul. His gaze fell on me and I felt my palms begin to sweat.

'He isn't moving... why isn't he moving? I knew this was a bad idea! I look terrible!'

Ash's POV

She looked like an angel... no that is and understatement! The dress she wore. Her beautiful, long, honey blonde hair. Her ocean blue eyes that I always seemed to get lost in. She look beyond amazing.

I froze. My eyes fixed on her and hers fixed on mine. Our gaze seemed to be unbreakable. But I saw a side of her a haven't seen in a long time. Her eyes reflected the eyes I saw when we first met, she seemed like she was fighting to be happy yet something was blocking those emotions... but what?

"Doesn't she look amazing?!" May and Dawn both say, making me break our eye contact.

She seemed to stare in worry. Like her whole life rests on my response, her face didn't show happiness or sadness or anything. It was as if my response was the decider of what she would feel.

"S-she looks amazing!" I say and immediately a bright smile appears on her face and her emotions seem to bring light. But I cant help but worry. She seems to be on a peek between her past and who se is now. Her dark and her light.

"EEEEEEE! I told you he would love it!" Dawn says as she guides Serena down the stairs and down to the rest of the gang who were all dressed up and ready for the party.

"Alright its party time!!!!" Gary said throwing his arms in the air full of energy.

"Its going to be great! My big brother has everything already prepared! So lets go!!!!" Bonnie says excitedly while rushing out the door dragging May and Dawn with her.

"Well she sure is excited." Misty said followed my Iris's catchphrase of "What a little kid." As the two followed right behind her and so did all the guys as well. Leaving just me and Serena. As a small moment of silence fell upon us while the cool breeze of the night air rushed through the house and blowing through Serena's long hair.

"Shall we go as well? Don't want Bonnie getting there and eating all the sweets before we get some!" I said while putting on a bright smile as she just seemed to giggle and place her hand on top of mine as her face seemed to go a little redder... or was that just the makeup?

"Yes, lets. I can't go to my first party without getting to eat some of the food!" She says while running out the door giggling with me being dragged behind her causing Pikachu who was causally in his normal position to abandon his station and retreat to the ground.

"Pika." Pikachu said while laughing and running next to us along the streets of a peaceful sunset as we caught up with the others.

"Serena slow down." I tried to say as we approach the rest of the gang but Serena wasn't slowing down.

"Not today Ashy. I'm going to beat you all there." She says while giving me a wink as we over took the group.

"Oh your on girl!" Misty says while turning her walk into run which seemed to spark a race between the group as now we were all running and laughing. But mainly laughing at Gary who was so busy looking behind him that he ran into a light pole and is now in last place.

And of course in first place is Pikachu who with his speed just finds this race to be a bit easy but even he was laughing away and so was Serena who seemed to be her joyful and happy self tat she has come to be.

"This is going to be the best night ever!" Serena says while slowing down a pecking my cheek making me feel this weird, warm feeling rise up in my cheek. But it felt nice and all I did was smile at her cute gesture.

"Love you Serena."

"I love you too Ashy!"
