Sophie looked at each her friends and saw them looking back at her, tired and troubled.

"So, now we go search for Keefe." Fitz said.

Sophie nodded, as buried her head in her hair and sobbed quietly.

Fitz touched her hand gently--cautiously even--before pulling away quickly and giving her a small smile. 

She missed the way he used to smile at her, before their breakup. Before everything had changed, and Sophie even wished that she could redo that whole day. 

Pulling out another eyelash, she turned to her friends and rewarded them with a soft smile.

She couldn't believe how caring her friends were, especially after everything they'd been through.

She turned toward her friends and said, "Once we find Keefe, the final battle will come to us and we will use all our strength and power to fight against it. And even if we lose and... die, then at least we lost together."

Biana smiled and hugged her, "Wow, that's really sweet!"

Sophie beamed back at her and then clasped their hands together, "Ok, let's just get this over with."
