Yes Tom riddle is her father, no she has never met him that she can remember but he has nothing to do with her anyway

Her mother gave her to Sirius black to be raised so she was raised by him up until he went to Azkaban and then she was sort of passed on to Remus lupin

Being the daughter of the dark lord definitely doesn't help Izzy make friends which is why she is always cold towards everyone

For some odd reason over the years Isabella had slowly found herself opening up to Ron. Their relationship only seemed to deepen in the order of the Phoenix once Bella went back to living with Sirius and then the Weasley's began to stay there. Ron was always one of the first people to actually treat the girl like an actual person rather than 'Voldemort's Daughter'.  The two of them didn't go to the Yule ball together since Bella made it look like she wasn't interested in the dance or anyone at that time. Ron and Bella end up getting together in the halfblood prince but their relationship gets a bit strained in the last two movies. Ron just becomes untrusting of Isabella just because she doesn't like destroying the horocruxs. However once Bella finds out she is a horocruxs and learns that she will have to die to prevent her father from winning, that is when Ron finally realizes how much the girl means to him.

"I'm was just trying to help Potter! I wasn't ready to say goodbye to Sirius either... So why are you treating me like I'm the enemy?"

"No...no Sirius. Please don't leave me too...You're all I have left"

"You took everything from me and you expect me to call you dad. That's not how this works"

Important relationships:

Thora Black- one of the many cousins of Sirius black and the rest of the family. She gave birth to Isabella when she was 20 and ended up dying around the same time James and lily did. And of course Sirius was there to take Isabella in and tell her stories about her mother.

Sirius black- He became like a father figure to Bella since he was really the only person she had. Sirius had taught her that she was more than just her father's name and that she could do whatever she put her mind too. However when he had gotten thrown into Azkaban Isabella then went to live with Remus.

Remus Lupin- unlike being a father figure Remus was more of an uncle to her. He was always great at cheering her up and was there for her throughout her hard days of Hogwarts when she struggled to make friends.

Harry Potter- their relationship didn't start off as good in the beginning as they where seen to insult each other on a daily basis. However in the prisoner of Azkaban when Harry sees Isabella's relationship the two are able to come to a common ground and throughout the rest of the movies they are like siblings to each other since both of them could actually relate on a lot of stuff.

Tom Riddle/Voldemort- Isabella sort of resents him and the two don't really have any relationship. Although Bella has a locket with a picture of her mom and dad and that she keeps around her neck and of course she does have a soft spot for her father because it is her father after all.
