Another day, another new day at Babirus. I wonder what interesting things I might encounter on this fine day.

Today was already very interesting, and that was because when my servants and I arrived at Babirus, I was surprised to see that Iruma, Alice, and Clara were all waiting for us at the gate.

"Nero! You made it!" The bluenette male says happily as he runs up to us.

"But of course. It wouldn't be very good for me or my reputation to skip school." I say with a smile.

"Right then! Do you wanna head to the dining hall with us? I really want to see what kind of food they have here!" He says, and I nodded.

"Of course. I was planning on heading there myself to explore." I say to him.

"Alright! Let's go then!" He says, and the eight of us head to the aforementioned dining hall.

"My word, it's quite spacious in here." Kija remarks as we're walking around the dining hall.

"It only makes sense that the dining hall be such a large and spacious room, Kija. Babirus hosts hundreds and even thousands of students each year. Wouldn't be very fun if everyone was crammed into a small room." Jae-ha says. Shin-ah only nods in agreement to this statement, being the man of few words that he is. Zeno had nothing to say as he was busy playing with Clara. We finally pick an empty table to sit at, and I went to looking at the menu to decided what I wanted for my meal. Normally, since I didn't yet have a rank, my choose-able menu options would have been quite limited. However, thanks to my status, I was allowed to pick whatever items I wanted from the menu, regardless of what my rank was. In all honestly, I didn't care very much about rankings. I just wanted to attend and graduate from Babirus, live out my life like any normal demon before I would eventually succeed my father as the next Head of Wrath of the Thirteen Crowns when the time for him to step down from his position finally came. That was at least a few hundred years away, as we arch demons have very, very long life spans, with the oldest recorded member in our family living to two thousand years of age before he finally succumbed to the calls of time. As Alice is explaining the rules of the menu to Iruma, we all heard a vrooom sound, before a total of fifty plates of food appeared on our table.

"Hey! Just what is the meaning of this?!" Alice asks angrily to the student that had brought the meals over to our table.

"I'm sorry, man! I was just told to bring fifty servings over to this table." The student says, and we turned our heads to see a few pranksters snickering to each other.

"What low tricks to use! Master Iruma, please allow me to punish them!" Alice says to the bluenette, but he got no reply. We turned our attention back to our table, and we were all swiftly shocked to see that in few moments that we had our attention turned away from Iruma, he had finished all fifty plates of food that were on the table.

(Please note that I will be using pictures from both the anime and the manga, mainly because some parts of the story look better in the anime than in the manga, and vice versa.)

"Oh my." I say, and to my surprise, Iruma orders even more food. Eventually he had eaten enough food to cause the chef to faint from exhaustion, impressing everyone with his massive appetite. Just then, we heard some noise coming from a nearby area, so we turned to see Clara being dangled from a spear held by the school grounds shopkeeper. I believe his name was Camu Camu, but nobody, not even me, knew what he truly looked like, because he always wore some sort of strange costume.

Zeno followed in shortly after the previous two arrived, and he rejoins me and the others.

"Heya! I'm back!" Clara says happily.

"Just what in the underworld happened to land you in this kind of situation?" Kija mutters to himself.

"Whenever I visit the shop, this guy always plays with me!" She says, but the shopkeeper thought otherwise.

"Not playing, threatening. Threatening! You are banned from the shop." He says to Clara as he sticks the spear into the ground before taking out a book, which I figured contained all of the demons that were banned from the store, and he points to the page that had Clara on it.

"This one's power can shoplift just by looking." He says, before what little of his face turned serious.

"Whoever steals my stuff, I will use this spear and pierce them." The shopkeeper says menacingly. It was then that we heard a door that was nearby slam open, so we all turned to see that it was Professor Kalego. He was grumbling about something that I couldn't make out, and he makes his way over to or group, and he stares in shock as he realizes that Iruma is present, and Iruma makes an equal expression.

'Damnit! I finally managed to recover, and the first bastard I see is HIM! Ah.' He screams mentally before being brought out of his thoughts upon realizing that I was present.

"Greetings, your majesty. I am honored to see that you are well." He says calmly, and I nodded. He then turned his attention back to Iruma, and started scolding him about he will never be his familiar, among other things. I was starting to get a feeling that something bad was about to happen, so I gathered my servants and made my way out of the dining hall.

'Seems that things are only going to get even more interesting the longer I stay here. I look forward to them greatly.' I though to myself as we settled on a nearby hill.
