Episode 2
Here's the next chapter, enjoy! Thanks to ECHO-173 for his help making this.
A TV was turned on, showing the news, where people were swarming the spot where Godzilla had appeared. [As you can see here Tom, people have gathered from all over to see the site of where Godzilla was last seen!] The newswoman explained.
The channel was changed to a helicopter reporter, looking down at the destruction Godzilla caused. [As you can see, Godzilla has destroyed the Monarch Wildlife Reserve! Firefighters are doing their best to put out the flames!]
The channel was changed once again, [--Because of Godzilla!]
[--Godzilla--] The channel was changed again before the reporter could continue.

The TV was destroyed by a TV remote being thrown into the screen. The thrower was a man with heavy bagged eyes, black hair with graying strains, wearing a white suit, red shirt, black tie, gloves, and pants, and maroon shoes.
"Barely ten minutes back and he's already the talk of the world!" The man grumbled. He was sitting at a desk in the office room and storehouse. The name tag on the desk read, "CEO Dexter Simmons". "After my uncle thought he could use a Kaiju to make his own, let alone control it! Apex Cybernetics have been losing more and more money because of his greed! The stocks are so low, the stock market doesn't even put the company up on the board!" Dexter roared, slamming his fists on the desk.
Dexter then took a deep breath before letting out a long sigh, he sat down to think aloud to himself, "If only that fool, Dr. Emkai, hadn't run away with the Kaiju Cards... I'd have had the market on weapons cornered!" Suddenly, Dexter heard something, a light buzzing like a drone. He looked up to see a pair of drones made from vent covers, plastic butter knives, and old laptops, "Lucas! Laura! Get in here!" Dexter shouted. Then two kids around the same age entered the office, a boy and a girl.
The boy named Lucas had black hair with graying tips like Dexter, he had pale skin and black eyes. He wore a mechanic's style of outfit, a pair of dark green overalls that had many pockets as cargo pants, a deep gray shirt with pockets on the chest and shoulders, a hat with welding goggles on the front, thick welding gloves, and steel toed boots.
The girl named Laura had gray hair with black tips, opposite of Dexter, with healthy skin and green eyes. Her outfit was a pink long coat with blue cybernetic lines, a white undershirt, pink cargo shorts, and pink and white sneakers.
"How many times have I told you? No drones in my office! Now go to the break room!" Dexter shouted as the girl pulled her drone down
"I don't see what the issue is when..." Lucas pointed out of the office and into the very empty building. "We're the only people here."
Dexter quickly retorted, "Exactly, we're the only ones here. So fly your drones somewhere else. And if that vent cover is from this building, put it back!"
"Okay, dad." Lucas and Laura replied in unison.
As the children left, Dexter looked at some papers. He was a little furious. "Agh! I need some money so I can hire a babysitter for those two..." He then looked at the papers about the Kaijus. "Make things worse he took most of these cursed cards... wait, if he is still missing then that means someone else has the cards, maybe an assistant of his, perhaps it is someone he knows, a tactical genius as they waited months until now and summoned the King himself as a flex!"
Elsewhere, Takato was walking down the wildlife reserve's forests before sneezing.
Meanwhile, in the break room, Lucas and Laura were dismantling the drong and putting the vent cover back on the break room's vent. Well... Lucas was, Laura was going through the drone's data banks.
"This is so boring... I want to mess with stuff and make others have a bad day but there is nobody here." Lucas said in total boredom.
"Yeah, but Dad doesn't let us do much of anything." Laura replied, going through a video feed of what the drone had seen.
"Yeah, hmm? Hey, what are you doing anyway?"
Laura showed her tablet to her brother and said, "Video footage of the drone's, must be something pretty fun to do in here."
Lucas then noticed something in the footage. "Hey, what is that?" Lucas point at the screen, it showed a large room with a glass case with two cards inside. "Are those cards?" The footage continued playing as the case was placed in a hidden compartment in the wall.
Laura stopped the footage's playback and asked, "What where when?"
"20 minutes and 12 seconds." They then looked at the footage and they did indeed see the room with just two cards inside. "Those cards looked important... Let's break into that room and steal them!" Laura didn't look interested in the matter. "If you help me, I'll help you get a stag beetle for your insect collection." And just like that Laura stood up and grabbed Lucas's hand and dragged him along, practically leaving dust behind like a cartoon character. "AH! SLOW DOWN!"
Laura came to a stop in front of some vending machines. "You know what to do?" Laura asked, looking at her brother.
Lucas rolled up his sleeve and sighed, "Yeah, go do your things, I got it," Lucas then reached into the vending machine's slot and began pulling at
Back in Dexter's office, the man stepped outside, he looked tired before seeing the vending machine. He then sees Lucas having his arm stuck in the vending machine. "Hey, Dad. A little help?"
"How did you get stuck in there?" Dexter asked as he reached down to pull out his son's arm, reaching inside the machine and feeling around for his son's arm.
Lucas pointed at the machine and replied, "I was trying to overclock the rotors to get something for free."
Suddenly, as Lucas's arm came free, Dexter's arm got snagged in something. "What the--" He tried to pull out his arm but it was stuck, and he knew how and why. "KIDS!"
"Dad fell for it again!" Laura cheered before she and Lucas ran into Dexter's office.
Lucas then said to his dad, "Bye, dad." The two continued and made it to a large door, made of pure metal with a coded pin code lock. Lucas then pulled out a ladder from his backpack and used it to climb up and imputed a code that worked. "His birthday again, he really needs a better password. He has the same problem like Grunkle Walter did."
"He knows this is how we keep finding out our Christmas presents." Laura then walked inside before Lucas could, they made it to a large glass case in the center with two odd looking cards with the images of two kaiju they knew. "Look, they have pictures of Gigan and Megalon on them."
Lucas then used his ladder to get up higher and pick up the casing and tossed it to the side, shattering it, he then grabbed both cards, handing the Megalon card to Laura. "You like bugs so here, Megalon looks like a really ugly bug."
"HEY! Megalon looks like a bug but that doesn't make him ugly unlike your stupid space lizard! I think Megalon looks cute because he looks like a bug." Laura then turned around to see their father just outside the room. "Uh oh."
"Huh?" Lucas was confused before turning around. "Oh..." They backed up, bumping into the stand the cards were on before a piece of rock fell, it neared the two cards with them starting to glow with the two noticing.
"What?" Dexter was confused just as much as his children were. "But I've tried unlocking those two cards for years and yet you two... what is the meaning of this? Wait?" He then remembered something from the papers. "Only a kid can unlock them? Oh, Emaki, you stupid genius, you've made me see what you were talking about, crazy old geezer.
Instead of massive towering Kaiju however, two chibi versions of the kaiju came out of the cards. Both roaring out with an almost evil screech.
Dexter roared out in frustration, "Emaki... you stupid geezer... WHY!?"
"Hey, dad..." Lucas spoke up as he picked up the rock. "Where'd Godzilla show up at?"

Back at the Monarch Wildlife Reserve, both Takato and Moya were walking through the path. "I'm telling you! We're lost!" Moya roared.
"And I'm telling you I know where I'm going!" Takato retorted, walking past a busted up sign pointing in the opposite direction.
"How and why are you so calm and sound so sure! Everyone must have ran away because of Godzilla, we don't know where we are, and you summoned Godzilla like he was a pet or videogame summon!" She then noticed that Takato was gleefully looking at the card and stone, not paying attention to his surroundings, he even bumped his head into a branch and didn't care about the bump. Until the pain set in.
Rubbing his head, Takato looked back at Moya and retorted again, "We can still use the phone at the main building."
Moya stopped before looking furious. "You mean the main building? The main building that is easily be seen a mile away..." She then pointed in the opposite direction they were traveling in and to the main building with search lights. "IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!"
"Huh... How'd it get over there?" Takato asked before dodging a haymaker from Moya.
"BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN TAKING US THE WRONG WAY" She roared, chasing Takato around a large tree.
As he ran from Moya, a thought came to the former soccer player, "Oh right... Oh I have an idea!" He then raises his Godzilla card. "We'll summon Godzilla, riding on his back will make the trip way eas-GLUNK!!!"
Moya slapped the back of his head the moment she caught up to the boy. "No! We won't do that for so many reasons! One being everyone will panic! Two, the army may shoot at us! And three!" They then heard something. "What was that? A bear?! I don't want to deal with a bear!"
Takato scoffed, "Pfft! No, there were no bears in the booklet, there were mountain lions, wolves, and maybe some dangerous mooses... those were the most dangerous out of them all!"
Moya grabbed Takato and shook him furiously. "YOU AREN'T HELPING!!!" Moya shouted as the noises seemed to get closer.
They then saw the rustling sound getting closer, Takato then reached and grabbed the Godzilla card. "I'll just scare it off, I swear!" Moya quickly began trying to take the card and card reader away, causing Takato to just hold the card read close to the card.
The glowing form of the card wasn't as strong as before, it was more like a glow stick. Takato then dropped the card before a small miniature Godzilla appeared, it was nowhere as big as it was barely up to their knees, and they were children.
Takato looked surprised and disappointed while Moya actually thought they looked cute. "Aww, they look so cute!"
Suddenly the rustling was closer and out of the bushes was a small baby deer. The fawn walked closer, curiously, sniffing the chibi Godzilla before it growled, scaring the fawn and making it run away.
Godzilla then turned to the two kids. "Rah!" Godzilla roared at the two, raising its arms to the sky to try and seem bigger, it didn't work. Moya walked up to them and picked them up. "RAH!"
"Aw, did you want uppsies?" Moya sounded like she was talking to a baby, Godzilla reached his hands out, wanting to attack her, but they were stubby, short and couldn't reach.
Godzilla then huffed, "Rah..."
"Hey, I thought that was stupid too but watch the language." Takato replied.
"Huh?" Moya sounded confused. "What was that? I didn't say that was stupid... yet."
Takato crossed his arms and replied, "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to-" Takato then realized something, he was talking to Godzilla. "YO! I understood what he was saying!"
"What? Are... are you messing with me?" She looked confused while properly holding Godzilla as if he was a baby, a nuclear fused lizard baby.
"Rah?"
"Yeah!"
"Rurr?"
"That too!"
"Raah!"
"HEY! Watch the language!"
"I feel like you're messing with me... you and Goji here are totally messing with me." Moya pointed out. "Gasp, we call him Goji!"
That little nickname was the final straw, Godzilla's back began glowing brightly. "Uhhh... You should put him down now..." Takato warned as Moya then lifted Goji in the air where he fired a beam hitting a tree, it didn't explode but it did burn. "Guess he isn't as strong in this 'Goji' state."
Goji was just as confused as the two kids, then an itchy sensation began coming from his throat, like something fairly big lodged in the back.
They then heard more rustling sounds, thinking it was the fawn again they turned only to see a light moving closely. "Oh people..." Takato then turned to Goji and remembered the are a baby sized Kaiju. "Oh no! They'll take Goji away!"
"Put him back in the card or hide him in your backpack... Oh, wait, that's right..." Moya muttered as she recalled her and Takato's bags were back at the main building.
"I barely know how he ended up like this to begin with! How would I put him back?!" Takato retorted.
Moya then replied, "Think, how did he turn into a card again? What did you do?"
Takato scratched his head, "I swiped the card in reverse, but I didn't swipe anything this time. Though... I did want him to return so as to not cause any panic... Oh I know maybe if I wish it would be really hard!" Moya and Goji looked dumbfounded, before she could give a piece of her mind, Takato held the card reader in hand and held it slightly before Goji started to glow again and returned to the card. "Hey it worked!"
Moya wanted to punch him in the face for somehow making that work. Then they turned to the bushes, the light getting closer and out was a park ranger. "Oh thank goodness, I found you both. You two are the missing students right? From the field trip?" The ranger asked, Moya quickly and rapidly began nodding when Takato's ears picked up the sound of light buzzing. "Okay, you two need to come follow me."
"Right, sorry for causing any problem sir." Moya said, bowing her head before pointing at Takato. "It is all his fault, he went into the woods and I tried to stop him."
The park ranger gently replied back, "Its fine miss, we'll settle this later, your bus left without you so we'll have to call your parents." The ranger then noticed the burnt tree. "Huh? That's odd, was this tree burned recently? No way it was lightning. You two didn't have anything to do with this right?"
Moya then stammered out, "Maybe it got burnt up when Gozilla appeared, hahahahaha!" Moya began sweating as Takato began looking around for the buzzing as it got louder.
"Hmm, he was just spotted in the area... But only this tree... we'll ignore this. If the Kaijus are back then we need to get your kids home now. So follow me and we-" The buzzing was now behind the wildlife reserve ranger as he suddenly stopped mid-sentence, where he then flopped over, revealing a makeshift drone behind him.
"Huh?" Moya muttered as she looked at the drone, then at the ranger, then at the drone again.
Then Lucas's voice came from the trees, "Told you we should've made it carry more darts."
"That would mean adding weight and mass, making it slower with a compartment to hold the darts and to automatically reload it." Laura's voice spoke up. "Look, more kids and-- Gasp, you girl don't move! There is a rare caterpillar on your shoulder.
Laura then leaped from her hiding spot and ran over to Moya, picking an obliqua caterpillar from her shoulder.
"Laura!" Lucas shouted with her returning to him, "Don't come back, now our cover is ruined!"
Moya looked at the two siblings as the brother climbed down from the tree, his hands holding the control pad for the drone. Moya then noticed, Takato wasn't next to her anymore. "Hey, where's your boyfriend?" Laura asked, much to Moya's chagrin, she wanted to slap the young girl.
"Booyah!" Takato shouted suddenly, kicking the drone out of the air making it crash, one of the wings falling off. "Aha! Take that suckers!"
Lucas then pressed a button on a remote with the drone losing both wings and having robotic legs sticking out of it, looking like a robot dog without the head. It then tapped its legs before walking up to Takato, spraying some sort of liquid at Takato. "That was skunk spray."
"Gross!" Takato shouted as he backed away from the makeshift drone dog, smashing its head in with another kick when it chased after him, spraying him even more. He then picked it up off the ground and threw it at a tree, but it wasn't damaged. "What is that made of?!"
"Heh, its like watching a caveman try to solve a rubix cube." Lucas chuckled, only to have the control pad smashed by a rock kicked by the boy, the drone dog flopping over. "Hey!"
"Enough! Can we please just get out of the stupid forest?!" Moya screams, the two look at her. Moya calmed down as she asked, "Just who are you anyway and why are you messing with us?"
"I'm Lucas, the cool brother and this is my annoying little sister Laura." Laura threw a small rock at him that barely touched him.
Laura then added, "Hi, and he got that cool and annoying parts mixed up. Forgive him, he's a bit absent minded."
Lucas elbowed Laura as he spoke, "And as to why we are here, it is simple, the kaiju king dude or whatever, was spotted here."
"Godzilla, get it right! And why does it matter to you?" Takato asked.
"We're here to capture him because of pure boredom." Lucas answered.
Takato and Moya were again, taken aback by the "And how can you capture the King of the Monsters?"
"Same way you did, put him back in the card you have in your back pocket." Larua replied, pulling out a card along with Lucas.
Upon hearing mention of the cards, Takato charged forward in blinding speed, and headbutted Lucas like a soccer player headbutting a ball. Causing him to go rolling, a glowing rock falling from his many pockets. "OW!!! Alright, Mr. Mcheadbutt. Why don't we settle this with someone else? Like with Kaijus!" Lucas then grabs the stone and quickly swipes the card with it along a slot. "Come forth, Gigan! The Cyber Alien!"
The card then released a blinding light before a giant bipedal lizard-like creature with a single red line over its eyes with a fin-like mohawk on its head and back, blades hands, and a set of blades over its belly stood over the kids.
"SKREEEEERNK!" Gigan roars, the blades on its stomach moving like a buzzsaw.
"Th-they summoned a Kaiju too?" Moya took a step back.
Takato cracked his neck and hopped on one foot with a smile, wide on his face. "Just so you know, I NEVER BACK DOWN!!!" Takato shouted as he then twirled the card reader in his hand and swiped the Godzilla Card. "You're up, Godzilla! King of the Monsters!"
The card started to glow the same blinding light before it revealed Godzilla back in his giant form. Godzilla looked at Gigan, both were face to face. They couldn't tell just how wide he was smirking. "RAH!" Godzilla released a powerful roar, nearly deafening the kids below him, all covering their ears.
"He wants this?" Takato said with Moya confused. "I can still hear his voice... he wants this... He wants an enemy to crush." Takato smiled. "I get it, he wants to prove that he is the king!" Godzilla lashes his tail about. "Or he just really wants to fight."
To Be Continued...
