Percy's Pov

Amber and I were in our Palace when I noticed something unusual was going on down in New York. I had noticed a lot of vigilante type heroes popping up over the past few years and there were others who seemed to be associated with some mortal spy agency. I knew all this because my heroes domain didn't just include demigods.

We'd also noticed when the Norse gods started getting involved as well. We knew they still existed, we just don't interfere with their business, and they don't interfere with ours. I'd been tempted to interfere a few times since these heroes popped up but now I was starting to get the feeling I would have to. I had learned from Chaos what the threat was that they were trying to defeat, and I knew this guy, Thanos needed to be stopped. We couldn't allow him to remove half the population from the planet.

I wasn't sure if the infinity stones would affect gods, but they would probably still affect demigods and I could not let this guy take our children. Just the thought of what he was planning to do pissed me off and I knew that we would have to do something about him. If he succeeded there would be a lot of people besides us missing friends or family members.

I wasn't quite sure how we should handle the situation though, I'm sure that if Zeus was still king he probably would have completely ignored this Thanos guy, and if the mortal heroes failed, he probably wouldn't do anything about it.

Thankfully Zeus isn't the king, I am, and now it was mine and the council's job to come up with what to do.

I turned to my wife, "Amber what do you think we should do about this?"

She was silent for a moment, as she considered plans that might work. "I think the best thing we can do to start is to warn the heroes of what's coming. We don't know if they even know about it, You don't know when this Thanos guy is going to try and get the stones, and we need everyone to be prepared when he does,"

I nodded, "I think we should call the council, Maybe they can help us come up with a plan, but we do need to speak with the mortals to find out if they know what they're up against, and gain their trust,"

Amber agreed and we headed to Olympus to call the meeting.

After I summoned them the other gods gradually appeared in the room.

Before anyone could ask I got straight to the point, "I called you all here because of some information I received from Chaos,"

I told them everything, about the mortal heroes, the Norse gods involvement, this Thanos guy, and what we might be able to do to ensure that he is defeated.

I also admitted that we weren't even sure if the stones would affect us or our children but it was better not to risk it than to not get involved and have some or all of us vanish

As the meeting continued we discussed what we should do. We needed to warn the mortals, that much we all agreed on, but they were all spread out some were in New York, but several others were fugitives. And due to that they were on the run. I'm sure I could find them but that still makes it a little harder to tell them all about Thanos.

Regardless of all that We decided that to start I should go speak with the mortals. Once we get them to trust us, we will find out if they know about Thanos, and then together we can come up with a plan to face him.

Amber and I returned to our palace, and I was going to leave soon to speak to the mortals.

At the moment, Amber and I are talking about how I can get the mortals to trust me, but we were interrupted as our youngest son, Alexander came into the room. He is fully grown up now and he is the minor god of courage.

"Alexander asked, "Are you going somewhere dad?"

"Yes son, I am, although it shouldn't take long,"

"What are you going to do?"

I explained about Thanos and the mortals who would need our help to defeat him whether they knew it yet or not.

"I could come with you and help,"Alex pointed out.

Although some of his abilities could be useful if the mortals get afraid when they find out what we will be up against, I felt that if I was going to take one of my children to help, the best option would be Zoe. Since she is the goddess of trust she could probably help earn the mortal's trust. Despite that I was planning on going alone and leaving my children out of this situation unless we had no other choice. From what I had understood from Chaos we might end up needing a lot of forces to defeat him.

I turned down Alex's offer, and soon after I headed to the mortal heroes' headquarters. I knew there were at least two of them there, and during the council meeting I had done some searching using my powers and found the others. I could have teleported right into their building, but I thought that would probably just make them assume that I was a threat and try to fight me. Due to that I tried to enter the building the old fashioned way aka the door.

I guessed they probably had security cameras or something because a man in a red and gold metal suit came to the door and opened it soon after I got there. He seemed to be looking at me warily which I couldn't blame him for. He finally said, What are you doing here?"

I replied, "I am here to offer help, there is a dangerous threat coming, and you and your friends won't be able to stop it alone,"

A/N So I finally got this done, if you didn't figure it out this takes place  shortly before Infinity war .  If anything  from the mcu canon is wrong in this chapter I don't mind if you point it out since I want to make sure my story is as accurate as possible with the only exception being how Percy and his friends and family change the plot of the movie.
