Laughter-it comes to you but when you depressed you need a time to laugh even if it means dancing to music and laughing at yourself.God wants you happy and he wants to hear your laughter and he doesn't want anything to get you down he wants you to always be happy and laughing and filled with joy.

Smile- when you sad you have a choice to smile,listen to music that will make you happy,talk to someone who will put that smile on your face or just listen to the radio or watch TV because seeing other people's happiness surly should make you happy and cry tears of joy.God can make you happy and smile while you pray to him and talk to him you will feel so much better.

Someone once told me that when you pray and it feels like god isn't answering any of your prayers and there are a few stages because it's a test if you keep on praying and bad things keep on happing once you get to the worst thing and still pray when life goes backwards you'll soon stop and God will push you forwards but you have to pray and pray not just in the morning or at night but during the day also.
